Kinda disappointed with volume 11 and massive plot armor of the main characters.

I was rooting for the antagonist (MG and Orochi) and when you start to root for the antagonist there is something wrong with the protagonist in the story.The way Orochi was defeated was dumb and Mari's plot armor was too thick.I found it lame that two 150 year old's got outsmarted by a couple of kids that couldn't compare to the battle experience of Orochi and MG who is a being of magic getting easily outsmarted in a magic fight

What was wrong with how Orochi lost. He was pretty dominating his fight with Takeru for most of it and it was only thanks to Kanaria and Usagi's intervention that Orochi had to bond with MG.

It reminded me of the 2nd gate of being in the zone in Kuroko no basket,it was dumb there too .I also feel that Orochi's and MG's plan was better than the go with the flow no-plan at all of Takeru.It's not like MG and Orochi was trying to be evil dictators stealing free will from every single human and witch.

If they allowed the world to be reset it means that everything they had done to that point was meaningless, that all the happiness they had obtained and all the struggles they had overcome would lose their value. Plus in a new world they might not meet nor are they guaranteed to have a better situation than the one they have right now, they probably wouldn't even meet again or be friends. It's very selfish, but at this point Takeru is running on his selfish wish to save Kiseki, and that means he needs to protect this world.

Plus when you start killing people without care because you can just return them to life with your reset, there is seriously something wrong with you.

I agree with you there, nobody was completely right or wrong in that situation, it´s difficult not to see Orochi and MG´s point point of view when you consider how much that world sucks but I completely agree with the Platoon choice, as you said, killing people just becuse you can bring them back to life later is wrong in many levels, Life is not a freaking video game where you can just push the reset bottom every time you screw up, that´s wrong.

I think that depends on the perspective of individual. You see for being like orochi who like very long, he will have a different perspective of the meaning of life. Us and takeru and the others have short finite lifespan which make us hold on to the past when moving forward to the future so they dont want the new world because they are afraid their past which be gone which scared them.

For orochi, the way of life might be different and if everyone have ability to reset life from the start, we will have different meaning of life thus resetting people life they kill wont seem wrong. To us, it will be wrong because how we live and the different value and meaning we given to life that we lead.

killing people to save them is obviously wrong, but depeding on circumistances it's lesser of evils. Let's be honest this world is really screwed up and fe more corpse doesn't make such difference. and once you decide go through corpses there is no way to stop or or these deaths became meaningless.

People in power always had to make decision to sacrifice few for good of many. This is actually better than that.

The problem is Orochi's and MG's plan is a lot better than Takeru's who has no freaking idea what to do,he's just going with the flow.And with so many deaths now,a couple of additional corpses will not be an issue,as long as MG and Orochi can reset the world,it's kinda stupid for the MC's to sacrifice the happiness of those that already died/lost a love one coz it might break up their harem

But my main problem with the plot is the MC's super thick plot armor,coz I believe Orochi has more sense to not play around in war just to be injured by Bunny girl and Mari should not be able to defeat MG with that lame tactic,yeah the fight's were exciting,but the conclusion was stupid and is poorly written,it's like reading a Shonen Jump manga

Having the ability to reset and creating a perfect world isn't as great as it seems, it doesn't change the fact that you caused suffering before hand to do a reset and creating an ideal world would be a cruel joke to those of the previous one.

But Mari's fight was just an poorly-written asspull. There was no way she could outsmart a thousands of years old entity as easily as that. Same in the vol 6(?) with the West Side leader. I understand her asspull was just to save Ouka's ass, but I wish it could be in another way. Truly a letdown.

I truly don't understand what you've been reading, but Takeru reaching the summit of Soumatou has been foreshadowed some volumes ago... He's actually been suppressing reaching that stage since last volume, so... Besides, even blind people could see that Takeru would have to reach that stage if he wanted to defeat Orochi.

And about Mari's fight, her strategy was explained and was not so far-fetched to the point of using a stupid term such as "plot armor". Mother Moose has truly broken magic power and abilities, but she's a Sacred Treasure not a Witch. The fact that Mari putted that spell on her without her noticing proves that.

A good comparison here would be Hulk. Though he has monstrous strength and speed, we can't call him a good martial artist.
