I have a quick question, im thinking about buying unicorn gundam...
What will happen if I try to paint the clear pink plastic over with another clear color like green or blue... will it affect the color or not? I just want to make sure, since I cant afford to test it out and have something happen. ... thanks! |

B Club is a subsidiary of Bandai which produces resin model kits, which while of a higher detailing quality than the usual model kit fare is rather expensive.

Its also requires a lot more skills to build because it comes one solid color usually a tan or brownish and is not snap together and on some older ones not sure about now you need to trim away some left over resin around the edges of the part.

I just wasnt so fond of the clear pink plastic so i thought i might make it clear blue or clear green. I just thought it would affect the clear blue/green color, since the plastic is clear pink... so thanks for those who replied =] Last edited by OlivNite; 2009-02-25 at 19:33. You can say B-Club is for advance level modellers where as Bandai Gunpla is for beginner to intermediate level.
But if you want to try some Professional Grade(TM) kits, search out G-System. I mean, how long are you going to guage yourself to put together the following :- A 1/35 EX-S. Complete with paint jobs and effects. |

I'd like to put my hands on a B-Club Sadaluud, but it's expensive. But then again the creator has put a lot of effort to it so the price is justified. http://www.hlj.com/product/BCL2844
I placed my first order at Rainbow Ten. Order items: 0071300712903,BANDAI,960yen,HG GUNDAM00-03 1/144 GN-002 GUNDAM DYNAMES 0071300712938,BANDAI,1440yen,HG GUNDAM00-38 1/144 GN-0000+GNR-010 OO RAISER 0071300712901,BANDAI,960yen,HG GUNDAM00-01 1/144 GUNDAM EXIA 0011901037523,TAMIYA,150YEN,ENAMEL X-23 CLEAR BLUE ************************************************** ******************** Sub Total: 3510yen Shipping (as below): Grand Total: 3510yen + Shipping cost Currency Converter: SHIPPING: A) SAL - 1580yen Saves money, but the e-mail system is kinda a hassle. The Dynames serves as Rasiel parts because I'm sick of making joints in putty. Now I have to think of something to make with the Dynames parts... Maybe a Astray+Dynames+Buster Gundam mashup. I have a thinner now that can sorta remove enamel without harming plastic, but if you use too much it will. I destroyed an Astraea torso a few days ago by using too much thinner to clean the part, but luckily I had a spare Astraea torso somewhere. Damn you Mr Color Thinner. |

And steal the boxart limelight from their MG series ? Not on their watch. And the boxart of the 1/100 OO S2 kit is still weak. |
