They listed the tanks that are going to go on sale! Unfortunately they are probably going to be ridiculously priced still. Why is WGNA so horrible with sales? Even league has good sales.

Who wants to guess how much the tanking in a winter wonder land will cost? I say $250~

It's kind of lost in translation. WG never seems to understand the difference between "on sale" and "for sale".

The thing is WGNA seems to have a scalper's mindset: if you have it, people will pay anything for it.

With half of the specials passed and the Black Friday "sale" silliness for track record, I figured that I wasn't going to buy anything from the Twelve Days series, and I was right.

If people just want to buy gold first, there's the percentage discount sales coming up on premium tanks in-game in a week, which are better deals. Debasing yourself for, say, a Tetrarch is not worth it.

My grinding is on schedule so far. I did take on a stupid side project while the German sale is on, getting the PzIIIA and PzIIG so that I could research the DBWagen and VK2001, which I have absolutely no intention of actually using, but were sticking out in my tech tree as two unresearched islands in the sea of vehicles. Got the 2001 researched in a couple of hours, found the IIG annoying. The IIIA is easier to work with.

They just posted on the EU forum that all the X2 and x5 event XP won't count towards the IS-6 grind.

Had a pretty nice session with Sahin today (which surprised me, as usually he's asleep by this time). Pretty much stuck to tier 7 though, which meant the Comet got a workout.

Of course, the dreaded red tide can't be pushed back at times, no matter what we did. Ended up with 15 wins out of 23 games. Will post replays in a bit.

Can be excused as damage-padding against reds, but we had a few bad games before this, so...

What happens when the other team leaves my 1S to snipe. TO SNIPE. The heck.

Comet meets various rootcrops.

The E25 shines when there's someone to spot for at times.

Been playing my alt acc last night, got a nice 17 win streak in the SU-152 and managed to unlock the tracks before I began to be pushed by the red tide and called it a day.

Also... 8.10 hit the RU server yesterday.

There's nothing quite like having to rebuild all your mods in the middle of holidays and events... hopefully NA waits until at least Monday.

The x2 all the time is rather fortunate, as the weekend team quality plunge is already plunging.

...at this rate, I may be able to finish the research for the DBWagen without actually getting a single daily win in the PzIIIA. Bloody potatos.

I'm just not looking forward to the week after the Japanese tree is released and every single tier 6 tank is a Japanese one trying to get that part out of the way.

Meanwhile... my final mission in the PzIIIA turned out to be an Ace Tanker Top Gun win, breaking the potato string. Well, at least that was an amusing couple hours of grinding overnight, and now I don't want to see tier 3 again for a few weeks.

I wouldn't do it unless the tier 4 turns out to be absolute garbage, and tiers 1-3, no matter how torturous, can be processed within a couple hours. Even if the tier 4 is bad, I wouldn't spend any free xp until after suffering with it for a few battles.

Personally, I intend to make every one of these tanks "work".

I don't mind playing low tiers. In an ideal world I would get ace tanker on every Japanese tank and 50%+ winrate before I move on like Sume-nee does with German tanks. But without the credit mission, the constant buying and selling tanks and getting crew for them(which in early tiers costs more than the tank itself) is gonna make my bank take quite a hit. And I do intend to get at least 75% crew for even tier 1s because otherwise it's just a liability to the team.
