Heh, I worked out a method, finally. Haku's jump and A makes him release like four or so needles in the air at once. With careful jumping and positioning (get all the clones in front of you), and repeatedly throwing them, you'll eventually kill them all (since they only require six hits to die). Of course, if they're close enough, combo their asses. ^^
Shadow Mode... >_< With Akamaru, I got 270-something kills using the simple 4-hit combo repeatedly. What's the best way of doing this? |

I think, first and foremost, it could use a deeper fighting system. It's getting there, as the characters' fighting styles are becoming more and more deep as time goes on, but when you've only got a couple of feasible combos to perform with any character in a match, it gets old.
What I think they should do is move specials to the C-stick, allowing each character to have up to 4 specials (or more if you got creative). Then X would be opened up for normal combat, possibly allowing them to make it a manual block button, or a counter button, or just another combat button. However, I doubt that'll ever happen. The next best thing would be more characters, which I'm sure we'll get whenever NGNT4 rolls around. |
