Baseball term used: Grand Slam.

Actually you do get nosebleeds because of all the blood rushing to your head when you're aroused. It's the same as blushing or going red in the face, except here you actually pop one of those sensitive parts in the nose.

That said, I don't think I've ever seen a person get a nosebleed just from dirty thoughts.

And the way you people talk about baseball... it's a national sport, for the love of God...

Nope, both lacrosse and hockey are.

Incidentally, most people would think only hockey is, and most Canadians don't know that both of them are, as we have both. :P
