This series if very funny and seems more "realistic" then the other fighting comedy anime out this year what was it called somo ehhh I'm bad with long names.

well that series is aimed at more of the fantasy aspect of martial arts while this one is centered at how a weak person can train to be strong (without drugs) ~ amazingly realistic martial art moves i must say

Is there a blog that has info/screenshots of this series? (example like this: http://wrexgrafix.com/anime/blog/?cat=4&paged=2) also, I believe that thre are going to be 12 episodes I checked the tv tokyo site: http://www.tms-e.com/tv_movie/kenichi/html/story.html I also want to know more about the manga, I tried looking for scanatations, but most of those sites have discontinued that series; a little help please?

Those 12 episodes are the ones that had been aired at the moment (they are missing the 13 lol ) but no that isn't the real number of episode the serie has.

I downloaded mistakenly kenichi 1 st episode yesterday,
so i watched it and i liked it today i watched other 4 episodes and it is really good
although i did not like the animation i think it could be better, but the story is really good especially fight scenes ( although they are not very spectacular like in other anime( naruto, The Strongest Bride) but they looked realistic and thats what impresed me.
The haracters are really funny especially dojo masters
I look forward for other episodes

hahaha, i often kept track with the episode per se. I am wondering if anyone is watching up to date to episode 12? If anyone requires it, when the next episode comes out, I can do up a short summary for those who wants it. This show is pretty hilarious to say the very least and i actually like the fighting action.

The fights that have been shown are rather good, in my humble opinion, if a tad under-dramatic and less than explosive just yet. Kenichi needs more fighting skills!

That would be great Impz. Already loving your summaries for Ghost Hunt although only watching the fansub for that particular series. Do it!

Yeah, Kenichi has some way to go before he can be identified as one of the monsters he is getting his training from, but he makes up for it with his good-guy attitude and goofy image.

all right, i will do a short summary for kenichi when episode 13 comes along, since i do want to spread some love for it. That said, I doubt i will do any summaries backwards since i lack motivation to do so as always, ROFL ^+^
