I love the ED more *_*
As for the action stuff in this series, I think there'll definitely be action... but it's not exactly an action series as donquigleone has said. I assume it just has more action compare to Eden of the East. I also think that it might turn out to be somewhat like Liar Game~ I see this as Eden of the East with a touch of Liar Game, Yugi-Oh and... hhmm... even Code Geass.

There's some sort of game at the official site and it had quizzes, screencaps, and info on the terminologies at the series. I took a screencap of majority of them. xD
Spoiler for a sample:
It was fun, but would've been more enjoyable if .. they're in a language I understand ;_; Few minutes to go and the first episode's gonna air, yaaaay~ (but I need to be early tomorrow, drats T_T)

Wait, did someone just fansub the episode, release it in a low quality format and pretend that it's a rip from funimation when a few details show that it's clearly not?
Nice trolling. And right I guess I expressed myself badly, even the fact there's a bit of action is a surprise to me. Quote:

I'm feeling hopeful that this will be the first of this guy's animes that I can understand well enough to enjoy. This had actual human characters and some real story, so I am still there.
Generally, I don't watch anime for the eye candy, but this eye candy was wonderful, I thought. Good to hear Makino Yui (Hanabi) again. And Sakurai Takahiro (Masakaki) does it for me. Since Shiki, I'm realizing that Uchiyama Kouki (Yoga) is pretty good, too. What I mean to say is: good first episode. More, please.

[C] was my most expected series for this spring since it's directed by Kenji Nakamura and the 1st episode didn't disappoint. I'm sold.
Purple Cow Studios (Yozakura Quartet OAD) is involved so that'd explain why ryo-chimo is credited. He did key animation alone for the opening and I hope he will animate more things for this series.

The OP is forgettable, but the visuals are decent (despite feeling kind of busy). The ED is GODLY, however -- music, vocals, AND animation-wise. Just wonderful.
As for the episode itself, very interesting start. But when it got to the Financial District... I dunno, it kinda bored me for some reason. Then it was lame for a while, but I hung in there until it got halfway through the second half. It's an interesting concept. I like how they're combining the perception of money with fantasy. It's kinda neat. I'll stick with it for a couple more episodes.

That was a very interesting first episode. The art is quite eye-catching and so far the plot seems intriguing. Also, the ED is just wow. Colorful, and really cool to look at. The song is really good too! So far I'm liking what I see. Will be keeping my eye on this one.
