Yes we do, and if you remember they have amember who has been featured in both the Saki and the Achiga Hen animes named Jindai who is regarded as a monster on par with Koromo.

Looking forward to that as well as other things....

i guess Ritz will add some details outside the manga. i don't think the series Zenkoku would last to the final, it will be on season 3 where the final batlle and personal battle would be take place.

Seems to make sense to me, though I would like to see Saki be able to wrap things up with her sis as soon as possible I am betting on one more series after this one. -_-

One more season after this isn't enough to wrap it up. There is still individual tournment and another sidestory is just begun.

One season can have the finals and the individuals so that could work out. I don't think they count side stories when it comes to numbering so a Shinohayu season could also work.

Incidentally, the BD solicitations are out, and it looks like this season will only be one-cour, with 7 volumes solicited (2 episodes each, though not sure about the last volume*). That doesn't mean there couldn't be an additional season or who knows what else... but looks like it'll just be one cour for now.

* Edit: ultimatemegax pointed out that the last DVD is lower-priced than the rest, despite the higher-priced BD, so probably just 1 episode but the last disc will come with special goodies on LE BD. Should be 13 episodes in all.
