Well...with only 3 episodes left only one version of Rinne will get a good ending. You prob will have to play the VN for the other endings.

This chapter was like one of those series retool change everything for a new audience but seems the original novel pulled this too...that was amazing.

So we will get another eternal recurrence in the future or past after this arc?

I'm confused but interested as to what's going on, is this the future or the past?

There's the Sara with the big boobs Setsuna kept on dreaming about.

Counter attack! Yes that works on any male.

This Setsuna was also found in the time pod and taken in by this Rinne.

Wow! that was quite the scene that Setsuna woke up to, this Karen looks to be a bit younger than the other one.

New opening and ending theme, I wonder if this will be more than 12 episode then or they just made the new themes for this current arc.

Apologies if this isnt the best thing to post so ill spoiler it for now but.

I think the anime is trying to cover pretty much all the routes from the VN the episodes centered around Sara and Karen covered what was pretty much their routes in the VN (with major cuts of course) then Rinne's route was adapted (not perfectly) and im pretty sure this "future" path is a route too. I think i remember there being a final route too so i think we get a couple episodes with this route then we might finish with the last one (from what i read the last route is mostly a redo of the first part with a different result so easily adapted in minimal time)

Both. But you need to particularly care about Rinne iterations since if affect the timeline. Karen and Sara didn't affect it much.

Frankly if i want to answer your question i would have to heavily spoil the VN which would lead to mod Ban hammer and i don't want that. Though i think that the ending will left a lot of people confused

The loop is actually what make the story confusing. Great story writing though so i'd recommend you read the VN, there is a English version out now

I'm surprised there is this scene cause the VN doesn't have such scene since it's all-ages VN.

Treachery by that cardinal, I hope he gets what he deserves.

Great rescue there by Rinne, fireworks was a great idea.

Oh no not Sara, she acted strong for everyone's sake.

Oh no now it's Karen's turn, that soot blight syndrome were even more dangerous than I thought.

So he did in fact get passionate with Rinne as seen in the 1st episode I think it was.

Now to wait until next episode to see where he ends maybe, maybe naked on the beach again where it all began.

Talk about a rough time going to the past, to the future, and back to the past again. Who knows where Setsuna actually came from considering how all over the place he is and with his memories constantly getting messed up by the experience.

I think we are catching him in midcycle and seeing his memories rewritten when he gets new info. We need to find out and he needs to correct what started the island's downfall in the first place.

Killing those kids was the worst case scenario of Sara's family staying in control of the island. I bet Archbishop was a relative like her grandfather.

Winter Rinne at least got married and didn't die. Hopefully, they'll meet again.
