I think Arf just wants the chance to play with kids since that will likely be the only chance she will get as I assume she can't reproduce(although it might be interesting to see more little Arfs runing around), Chrono seems to be missing and thus no more kids from Amy atm and Fate is very unlikely to have any of her own(due to her obsession with Nanoha).

I really don't think 'obsession' is the right word anymore (I myself don't think it's the right word to begin with .... )

How do you explain Arf then. Arf even has fate's eyes ~ sorta. And she grows smaller so fast (j/k)

Just like Arf in S1 was close to Fate's level at the time ~ judging by support spells.

I'd say she was around A to A+. Yuuno kinda went head to head with her. She managed to punch Chrono a few meters away, and she DID hold her own against Zafira.

TBH the only thing stopping them from releasing every episode a couple days after airdate is probably raw quality, so this episode having aired a week ago presented no difficulty in that area.

Yeah I just avoided the tech discussion all together. I'm trying to have fun not figure out the nuances of magical technology. Besides....those people are really serious.

At least the storm had passed. I remember being a 3rd wheel during the Great Technological Crusade of Kha the Kleriker. Right now, it's more or less general talks on the presented basis, much less on the whole magical equation/quantum physics thing.
