I don't know what is more silly through. The fact that they celebrate their trip by mass-stripping on top of a mountain; the fact the siblings agreed to strip in front of each other; or the fact that they were blamed for the earthquake

In any case, the tourists' conduct was indeed disrespectful. I don't care if foreigners think that their way of life is superior to that of the countries they visit. The old adage applies: When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
I agree that they were disrespectful and was hardly endorsing their behavior. And there certainly are equally misguided people in my country who attribute unfortunate events to our sinful ways. Here's a famous example where the two most politicially influential evangelists at the time provide their explanation for 9/11:

No better or worse than claiming to rule via principles of any religion IMO.

There are always emotionally inadequate people. That is why religion sells. Forcing others to buy it too is the real crazy.

TBH I don't think there is anything wrong with stripping on top of the mountain if the spot is private and secluded, but there are people watching. So FFS keep your clothes on.

If they want a crowning moment then do it in cosplay.

I guess in a way the fact he was constantly preforming a complicated task was useful to the doctors, and I bet it helped him keep calm and relaxed too.

A new wedding trend? The men taking their wives' names

I see no problem with it. It might also help some families who want to continue their family line.

Just use the bloody state registration family name, like Family-4302. Let the kids be named Karen 4302 or Heltser 5567.

Pornhub Is Crowdfunding The First Space Porno

I'd almost pay to see this, if only to see how they'd get it to even work and the mess they'd make.

Reports: The Harvard + Stanford Genius Story Might Be Bullshit

That was rather arrogant to proclaim you got accepted and studying in both Harvard and Stanford.

There is something called "offer to read", namely you send in your GPA and the school offers you a slot in admissions.

To those who don't know about admissions it may seem like something to look up to, but in fact it is just a shortlist before an interview/ballot/entrance exam.

Rich Californians Don't Think They Should Have To Ration Their Water

Whoa. What petty people. Your state is suffering one of it's worst droughts and everyone is asked to help by conserving or restricting water use during this deathly time yet you don't care people might suffer or died from lack of water as you only care about getting your lawn green.

I think, above a certain per capita consumption, they should just get charged more. Whatever it costs to import water from wetter states. If it's not enough of a deterrent, well, you have enough money to import water. Win/win!

I just be tempted to have the water cut after a set amount that's the same for everyone .

If they think there grass being green matters, then they'll have to deal with a lack of showers

green grass > showers!

but seriously, my lawns have long gone yellow...i rather have some water to shower,
than no water to shower at all. i have been trying to cut water usage as much as
possible while these "rich" american people want to drown their properties with green...
i guess they rather see their lawn green rather than having water to shower, brushing
their teeth or even water to flushing the TOILET-o.

God bless America! ^____^
