Thats what I'm talking about!
Nothing like a good old Oga planting, in this case it's face planting as in face planted into the ground! One of my fav kind, altho I think we need a ceiling planting, damn funny seeing rows of bodies hanging from the ceiling It's really just crazy and hilarious seeing Baby B clinging onto Oga's back, that alone warrants that they make for one of the best leads in a shounen history. looking forward to big fight next ch!

I gotta say, that very last line of Oga's was a cop-out; no way should he want to team up with Miki, let alone anyone, to kick some heads in. I was just un-Oga-like. Normally, the other fighter(Miki) would be the one mentioning teaming up, and Oga, with his GARness would say something like "I don't care what you do, but those guys.....they're gonna get ****ed up." This also kinda breaks the mantra that Oga doesn't/didn't show any resolve to protect anyone(even if we know he does). Typically a shounen char would start to blush(or similar reaction) and deny that he did any protecting, but based on his facial reactions, you could easily discern it. However, Oga has pretty much staved off this cliche by having facial expressions that says "I don't give a **** about nothing but kicking ass!". That's why to see him say such a line is like, so...crappy =0\.
Really, i don't see what was so "epic" about this chapter. Common thugs talk crap, Miki gets beaten, and Oga knocks out 2 nobodies at once. This was nothing compared to the last few chaps/last arc. Now THAT was epic. |
