Nah, not really, they are at best(actually in every instance in which they Show up with accel) "accels reason for doing anything"...
Kakine was the only exception but even their first fight had LO as trigger, only the second one was his own business but than a convenient plot device shows up which suddenly turn accel into a brainless emo

Either way, i for wish some accel-shiage only adventure like Vol.15 and 19 + some aiwass where we get white wings vs golden wings and white wings lose again but at least we could get more information,

Something like:

aiwass says after witnessing the new glowing white wings with a suprised face, was it suprised ? It was far different to bei called suprised, maybe pleased would fit more, either way, the golden being moved it lips

"Quite the accomplishment you got there, seems like the trip to russia was good, this didnt reach the real deal bit it gets closer"

The golden being vanished and left a again defeated monster back with more questions than before...

the only time they worked together was in NT2 and NT3, and in both cases there was no real team-up, ok, i understand that touma wouldnt be able to keep up with accel and their abilitys dont help each other really much,

you mean in NT3?
he analyzed her spell since he couldnt see if the spell actually "worked" via movement (aka vectors) or if it was "instant-effect",
either way, even if he fought cendrillon it wouldnt be considered a team-up of them, mikoto+others had been there too :/

Well touma has always been a mysterious main character for me...he is liiiike shounen stereotype but at the same time he isn't.... He has some mysterious charm about him and thats why i love it..he is the odd shounen mc

What Touma -is- exactly is one of the big mystery's of the Certain Magical Index setting IMHO. Yes were told he's the Imagine Breaker and nearly everything is from his point of view... but his power doesn't fit nicely in with anything else we've seen and he conveniently lost his memory in book 1!

Then you start wondering if his single mindedness to save people is more than just a personality trait..

It's from a Japanese story which is about a guy saying he's scared of steamed buns, so some other guy chucked him a bunch of well made steamed buns to mess with him. But he wasn't actually scared so he ate a bunch of buns and then said he is scared of a good cup of tea now.

Mikoto is basically saying Touma is drowning in girls yet he has the galls to say that he is scared of going to a dating hotspot. Truly despicable

Now that NT13 is over I can properly rate this vol. with a deserved 7/10. Usual writing issues and nothing memorable from it.

So who was more in the right in their fight? Touma or Hamazura?
My pick is Touma; Hamazura has no idea or sense of scale of what a Magic God could do. It's true that trying to help your friends out is good but still a faulty way of doing things imo.
