It's been too long since the last release, like over half a year already. So at least it's new content and story. I'm ecstatic either way!

I'm not fond of the tweaked armor and weapon designs, especially for Myugii. Hitomaru's original design is neater, elegant, and cuter. Although the hilt is too short, Euphie's blade is more fitting as it matches the concept of tuning. OTOH, Myugii's overall shinken is too big and unrefined than its original design

Their outfits went through a change too so I kinda doubt it. Even though Euphie's shinken can and has altered its form because it's still growing, Yuu-kun is supposed to resemble Aselia's shinken (long sword with a long hilt), but with two blades that can retract back to construct a blade of light that overlaps and fills the center. What she has now doesn't bear a resemble to that. Instead, it's much more like a tuning fork.

Euphie's isn't too bad, but the poncho and overly long side bag hanging from her belt irks me as they are unnecessary and would have drawbacks in a battle. Just not sporty/adventurer and fantasy-like than her old one >_<

Mu-chan's wings, gauntlet, and shinken are now too bulky! Talk about dissonance and trying a bit too hard to make her look demonic or something.

Hmm, I don't know. I think Hitomaru got it perfect for Mu-chan at least. It's long and large, but it's not overbearingly big to be distracting. Plus, it's slender, elegant, deadly and moe with an ominous dark design. The gap moe is simply perfect here.

A ring is cool and very elegant, even majestic though. More so when considering the shape and use of a ring isn't that of a normal weapon, yet the power the original Myuugi has could be symbolize to the Ouroboros.

Oh...I thought you were talking about Shukumei when you said "old design." In that case, I don't really see a major difference between Phianan's earlier and current design lol. She's just gotten a severe case of uncontrolled wing growth but nothing much apart from that. And by "ring" I meant Shukumei itself. It's form is a ring IIRC....

Oh. Ah, but, it's not just the clustered growth of wings, but the bulky gauntlets with sharp edges and her shinken are pretty major differences imo. The hat is pretty different and it doesn't look cute like the old circularly uniform-shaped RPG battle healer-like crown. The new one looks too much like a protruding and over-sized nurse cap. ^

Its shape is stated to be a ring. I don't know what kind of ring though. A ring worn on a finger or a floating ring-like shape that watches over its wielder, I wonder?

Er, well, it sorta is similar to a nurse cap, but the old hat goes all the way around like a crown, doesn't climb to stick upwards, and the front cap has two ends and whiten borders give it more style. The new hat is just NG!

No translation AFAIK.

BTW, Shukumei's form is a ring finger. I checked and you can see Shukumei in the Tears of Karma book being worn by Myuugi. Euphie's upgraded form? that's a mix of a serafuku top and altered old design for the bottom plus a slender and simple but elegant tuning fork sword is in the LE books and she looks perfect, like a Goddess that descends upon the cosmos who's going to fix all the mess perfect. The new butchered design just sucks so much by comparison. Also, I thought I remember seeing a really cool awakened form of loli Myuugi in one of the books, but I guess not unless I skipped a page somewhere.
