I'll like to see proof that the translations are from Chinese.

Anyway, the editor in charge hasn't been active, and I've already reached the part where seitenshi's car got shot. Whoever said that this was dropped never asked me.

So Shr3ddy66 has gone dark huh? I know Shr3ddy has been transferring the content over on behalf of you. Since I had signed up as the editor for Black Bullet when Kouen was still working on, I should probably contribute a bit to the project. Is there anything that needs to be done/I can help out with?

Is there any way for me to contribute to the translation progress? Plz tell me. I am used to work as the editor, type-setter and quality checker in manga translation groups.

Unfortunately, not much at this point, unless I decide to come up with a 15th project on Baka-Tsuki or something...

It's currently at part 3, around another 40 pages till the end of the chapter.

In other words, yes, there has been updates within the past 24 hours, in fact.

I hear that the manga will be finishing soon but what about the light novel? Will that continue going and does anyone have any idea how many the author plans to write?

Yeah the manga should have ended in June. June 27th it looks like. The light novels on the other hand is still ongoing. No clue on how many more volumes we will see though.

The manga already ended only covering the first volume. From my knowledge, the light novels is still going on. Volume 7 is the beginning of a two-volume arch. So don't expect any news on the 8th volume sometime around next month or so if you consider the LN author's schedule.

Keep in note that he still has much to go, as the light novels are known for their world building exposition (which sadly, most of which were cut in the anime adaptation).

But it's better to read chapter by chapter for more understandable statements

Well, I've read the translated chapters. God, this is TOO tearjerking to read.

Spoiler:

Good thing the fugitive arch wasn't animated. Otherwise, it would have caused too much controversy.

EDIT: BTW. who's responsible for translating the Fugitive arch. I know Ping is too busy, so I'm assuming someone else is involved.

Well, let's face it, volumes 5 and 6 are probably the most controversial volumes not only for this series, but also the LN industry as a whole.

Entropy is translating Volume 5 at the moment (I got a loli killing comrade now).

The editor should be done checking through Volume 2 chapter 1 atm. I'm already 30 pages after that.

How much did the anime skip on the detail..? Is it pretty much just a summary or a bit better?

P.S : this and antimagic is pretty dark, huh....

Meh, I've seen stuff more controversial in light novels. Sword Art Online infamously had the Fairy Dance story arch that not only had the main protagonist, Kirito, got NTRed; but the lover, Asuna, got raped when trapped in ALO. While the NTR is one thing, the rape is actually the more controversial part of the story.

Oh, and if this isn't bad enough, SAO also used rape AGAIN in another female lead during the GGO storyarch.

So if you ask me, NTR and putting Rentaro and co. through suffer hell in a very sadistic way can be controversial. However, I think the series could be more controversial if rape was incorporated into the series as a source of drama (especially if Enju or Tina gets raped). That being said, there are some writers who did throw rape into the story as source of drama (i.e. Gen Urobuchi), but most writers usually throw rape as a source of cheap shock value.
