Yeah, was subbed a couple of weeks back. It wasn't good at all compared to the series itself. About on par with the Gaim vs ToQuer movie/special thing (if not a bit worse).

To me, the part when two Riders meet each other serves no purpose than a new merchandise - the battle isn't that great.

The whole sengoku war with heisei riders had potential, but it was pretty badly done. We barely saw the other riders.

Gaim riders equipping arms from previous riders was the coolest part of the movie. Too bad they didn't do much with that.

I still think that Kiwami's design $ucks, but the transformation sequence was epic.

Got to give Seiji Takaiwa, the suit actor of every main rider except Hibiki and Kuuga, a lot of credit. He makes Kiwami Arms a lot cooler than it is supposed to be.

and he really acts like a Shogun in Kiwami Arms XD

I can't say the design of the suit is the best thing since sliced bread but... I enjoyed its powers.

Holy crap, that was awesome. Like Kachidoki, it looks much better in motion than it does in still images. And really, the only part of the design that I don't like is the oddly green breastplate that doesn't quite mesh with the rest.

But really, the only thing I didn't like about the transformation really was the Orange Slicer. It looks... obscenely cartoony compared to how it used to look. Not sure if it's just because it's not being used by a guy in an orange suit or what.

The powers are not original either though, it's a combination of Decade's Complete Form and Fourze's Cosmic State.

I like Kiwami's design quite a bit, save for the helmet. Its debut was indeed epic. I particularly enjoyed the return of Melon's shield. I wish Takatora would go back to sengoku Zangetsu, but he'd be completely outmatched at this point.

As for the plot... Mitchy and Ryoma were dicks, as always. I wonder what's going to happen now that Redyue (who I just learned is female, whaaaat) has taken over Yggdrasil. I guess Takatora and the others are going to work towards taking it back.

I don't know, Zack was putting up quite the amazing fight against the Overlord and his minions for being a Sengoku with a weak seed. I imagine a strong seed like the Melon seed would do far better, and be close to a low level Energy Seed by this point.

Unless they're doing RPG leveling, in which case he hasn't leveled that form up enough like everyone else.

Spoiler: - Wizard's part was a little bit rushed, but it's pretty good ending for the series. - On Gaim's part, the alternate portrayal of the Sengoku Jidai wasn't that good. Bujin OOO serving Nobunaga was definitely a reference to Movie War Core. - Chimaera has found its new favorite food replacing mana: Lockseeds. - And, if this movie is canon then... Holy crap! Micchy has the Blood Orange Lockseed. It's possible for Bujin Gaim to appear in-series. __________________ . "All that is left for us is to fight to our hearts' content."
