"Rokkenjima in Love" is an album of indie instrumental (maybe some vocals, idk) songs that people made that were inspired by the series. If you've ever seen the Onikakushi-hen: Rena's View MAD for Higurashi, for example, the first song is from a similar album made for Higurashi. So it's nothing with the seiyuus and it's nothing actually from the series, but it'll still probably have lots of pretty music.

The DJCD is a compilation of radio episodes - if you don't understand Japanese very well I wouldn't buy it . It's kind of like...I don't know. A radio show . From what I understand of it it's an extended improv discussion between Ohara (Beatrice) and one of the other characters. They're about 45 minutes each.

That one would have I think 2 episodes with Marina Inoue (Jessica) and 2 with Yuu Kobayashi (Kanon).
