The official US version of the AoxEx site opened and like Durarara!! it's a complete replica of the original site with less features and no fancy effects:
http://www.blueexorcist.com/index.php. DVD (possibly BD?) release by AniplexUSA most likely inevitable. Now if only it were easy to get AniplexUSA stuff from Aus without relying on TSRI... >_> Ah, there's also an interview with mangaka Kazue Kato on ANN. EDIT: 2nd PV released not long ago! EDIT^2: A pre-screening of the first two (yes two) episodes of AoEx finished about 40 minutes ago in Japan. Reactions on twitter have been positive so far. Not sure how it's like on 2ch or other places but I'm certainly pumped up even more. Last edited by Kakkou; 2011-04-09 at 08:53. I received my copy of the Ao no Exorcist Color Archive and unsurprisingly, we'll be getting anime original characters some of which were designed by the author herself. Here's an early look at their designs for those interested (sorry for the crappy photo):
Spoiler for anime original characters. there might be a spoiler in there somewhere.:

I had no clue the visual book would be that interesting! Thanks for posting about it. I found a slightly bigger picture (courtesy of Mysterious_Kaitou over at Mangahelpers):
Spoiler:
I can't say I'm surprised, but I'm hoping these'll just be a bonus, and that we'll get a good deal of the manga adapted. Just a few hours left! I think I read that the OP wouldn't be shown before ep. 2, though.

Oh... the stickers were first press edition only? Wow I'm so glad I didn't hold back at buying it then! lol
EDIT: Well since a link to pictures of the visual book has been posted I may as well point out that I also have some over here, for those who need further convincing about the book's worth =3. |

Sometimes I have to wonder about myself because I tend to like songs like these. Been humming up and down to the sound of READY READY READY FOR THE TAKE OFF ever since I finished watching this episode, hahaha.
Spoiler for 1:

O-Okay, the ED song itself isn't worth mentioning but parts of the sequence created fissures in my mind orz. I can't wait for the 2nd cour OP/ED change which must not involve 2PM singing or the sequence having... *shudder*. Right, the episode.
Spoiler for Episode 1:
