So both Rie Kugimiya characters lost, even though one of them was a Saki character as well. But today we have 2 more Rie characters again and another one tomorrow. I guess half of the top 8 won't be Rie characters (at most 3) but still possible for Saki characters.
Nagi vs. Louise, I think this is the first battle ever between 2 TsundeRie. Both characters are similar in so many ways and it's funny that they both have exactly the same amount of votes so far. It's difficult to predict who will win but I think it's Nagi since the new Hayate anime just started airing and that should help boost her popularity. As for Chutga vs. Hisa, since Saki characters had been winning in this round Hisa may as well win too. |

Nothing unexpected today. Both Kugimiya Rie characters lost. Koromo's margin of victory was decent while Toki crushed her opponent. Toki and Akari are now locked on a collision course with each other.
Although it was a close match, Kuuko did manage to beat Shizuno. Hisa has a decent amount of strength but she's far from being the strongest Saki character. I'm not sure I would pick her over Shizuno. I'm siding with Kuuko winning. The Kugimiya Rie fanbase needs to decide on a character to advance in the second match. In past years, I think Nagi would have been the easy pick but I'm not as sure anymore. I'm going to stick with Nagi, though. Votes: Kuuko Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière Predictions: Kuuko Sanzen'in Nagi

Picks: 1-1 (2-2, 72-60)
Predictions: 2-0 (3-1, 96-36) Don't let me down, Koromo. Take care of that forgettable protagonist and take over the series. Saki: Kodomo-hen -It's All Child's Play-. Picks: Hisa, Nagi Predictions: Kuuko, Nagi Buchou/Kuuko can go either way, but all I know is that I'm not relying on the tracker on a Louise matchday.

Akari seems like she has the best chance to prevent a Saki character from winning. Her wins over Azusa and Mei looked really good.
Ririchiyo had a solid win over Eru. She's probably second most likely to threaten Saki. Shana can be third. Well I guess her wins over Akazawa Izumi and Kuroyukihime were a bit weak. Sena looked a bit weak against Amaha Miu and Elsie. I don't think anyone else has much of a chance. I don't even really think Ririchiyo, Shana or Sena look too great. I guess we'll see pretty soon if Akari really has a shot or not.

What the...Louise seems to be beating Nagi on the tracker. Nagi's always been historically more popular, gotten more votes this year, and has a new anime airing. Then again, it could be that the new anime is so bad it's turning voters against her?

She serves up hell to her opponents?
That's the best I can think oh, and it seems a bit dramatic given Hisa's play-style, lol. I prefer the nickname I once gave her: "Refined Harutonium". Hisa is very Haruhi Suzumiya-esque, imo. Just slightly more sane (hence the "refined" part ).
