I remember I got the exact same message for weeks on my other comp last year. Never could get a code off of it.

I'm hoping this is actually a code overload this time, not just forgetting to display the correct "lol b&" message, again.

Today's matches:

Haibara Ai vs Nagase Jun vs Hagimura Suzu vs Mikogami Nagisa
Akemi Homura vs Sara vs Misaka Mikoto
Rio Rollins Tachibana vs Itsuwa vs Manabe Nodoka

First round of Saimoe starts today. It's a pretty vicious start with Mikoto vs Homura on day 1. In the first match, I think Suzu will be the one to advance. None of the characters in this group seem very strong and Suzu managed to get pretty close to Shana in the preliminaries. In the third match, I think Itsuwa will come out on top. I expect K-On to be much weaker this year and Nodoka wasn't very strong to begin with. Mikoto and Homura are two of the strongest characters in the bracket. This should be more like a Top 8 or Top 4 match than a Round 1 opening day match. This is even a rematch from preliminaries where Homura didn't have much trouble beating Mikoto. With elimination on the line, Homura is going to have a lot more trouble now especially if she gets anit-voted due to the Madoka character dominance in the preliminary rounds. I still think Homura will come out on top in the end.

I know she's losing, but I really liked her arc.

I have nothing against Biribiri, hope she can make it

I'm hoping they'll do like last year and open a thread for banned IPs. If you can at least get a code, then you'll be good if they do that again.

Preliminary code frustration all over again. More of those "please wait" messages since early this morning. All is not yet lost though, we still have several hours to try to obtain a code. I think it's too early to believe they've simply done away with the various "you're banned" error messages in favor of just one generic message.
