So from those images it looks like there might be another inserted fanservice scene. At this point it definitely looks like that they are going to make sure there's at least 1 scene per episode. I don't mind fanservice (I mostly ignore it since I find it boring), but they're giving people a wrong impression on the series by upping the fanservice like that.

Well, I'l try to be positive about it. It looks like Milinda is undergoing a health checkup or something similar. If J.C.Staff are smart they should take that chance to explain about Elites, since they cut the exposition on them from chapter 1. I'm also interested to see how they adapt the first instance of described laser beams in the novel. If they keep using those bright blue beams instead of the orange trails even when the color is stated in the novel I guess we have another Mugino situation (also the plasma cannons of the Water Strider were yellowish instead of bluish white, but those don't have their color described as often as lasers do in the series). I really don't see the reason to change the descriptions given in the novels.

I was wondering if I was forgetting some parts of the beginning of chapter 2. I guess they altered the scene with Milinda waiting for Quensers message.

It's one of the weirder changes they do. I guess they think it looks cooler?

@Chaos nah doesnt look like it, though I hoped they would. the episode list confirmed it was going to be 2 episodes

You know what, if Rakudai is anything to go by fanservice is that necessary evil that would raise popularity.

Are you sure? Those screenshots look suspicious, plus the chapter is about half the length of the first and next chapters.

You could see Baby magnum on the battlefield and even the fanservice aftermath with the trio.

It does look like the episode might end with Milinda showing up in the Baby Magnum, which should be near the end of part 5 of chapter 2, basically the middle of the chapter. The second screenshot is likely from earlier when Frolaytia explains the mission to Quenser and Heivia, that initial part might be a little different like the Milinda scene.

I knew Quenser would appreciate being close to so many advanced Objects. A shame that most of them will probably be destroyed shortly. My favorites so far are the Mobius Infinity and the Sand Cluster. Mobius Infinity seems like the boss of this chaoter, so it'll probably destroy some Objects to establish itself as powerful. The Faith Organization seem like the obvious fodder in this match, unfortunately. Maybe the Legitimacy Kingdom and the Information Alliance will end up cooperating to defeat it.

Did not expect to see the Valkyrie unit there. I wonder if they'll do something or if they're just a cameo like Monica.

Leave it to Kamachi to design bizarre Objects again. That Band Station Object from the IA is pretty silly. I mean, a quiz show in the safe countries to analyze the enemies? What kind of prizes are they giving away there?
The Royal Residence is pretty huge. I bet it's going to be one of the Objects to get destroyed first as the Baby Magnum needs to fly solo and win this fight.
Mobius Infinity lives up to the coolness of its name to be designated as the strongest one in the field. Can't wait to see it in action.
