Yes, at best, Irish can hold out for 1-2 weeks. The pain WILL also affect his behavior, with him constantly flinch, and easily 'flamed'.

With Tatenashi and Maya watching him, well... not a chance.

Anyway, to compensate, Irish MAY bought Topical Analgesic patches in large number instead (think Salonpas), for lighten the pain, but even that wouldn't hold out too long (probably 2 week), and boy.... pity his skin, cause patches feels hot and leaves a mark.

Since Irish had to replace them often (about 2-3 times a day) such as everytime he took a bath. And if he's found naked, one will question about his appearance.

Nothing permanent, it just that him being albino, the red mark will be very, very obvious.

(After 2-3 days however, there's a good chance for blister, that is, the skin is peeling off)

Yes, they will. And since as you said the suit heals almost the damage, but what caused the pain? There has to be SOMETHING whose repair is incomplete or gone wrong.

A deep scan is necessary, and even with that, the result is dubious (according to may knowledge, highly likely some damage in the nerve system).

There's something wrong with his nerves. Constant use of the suit puts pressure on his nerves and muscles and forces them to act beyond optimal capacity. When he removes the suit, most of the muscles loosen, but his nerve ending and other things take longer which is why he still feels pain afterwards. I'm not saying nothing's wrong with him, I'm saying no normal scan can see it.

Brainwave scan certainly can, and will detect something is wrong based on the impulse delivered by the nerve system. This exist in real life.

Well, depends, usually patient with head injury or limb disability. The test itself is more into detecting the electricity delivered and received by the brain, thus able to detect pain (since pain itself is a jolt of signal delivered by damaged nerve system).

If we going into a scenario, I said after Irish do most stuff he can (drugs, patches etc) and finally being caught, 4-6 weeks after his service. With this timeframe, if we insert him being coma and put in a prison for a week or so.

Exactly 2 months after he was captured.

I don't see why not. At the very least, Tatenashi has recognized him as worthy partner (not really friends but almost one, also frustration outlet XD), and Maya might already see him as another student of her (and started to trigger her mother instinct). Both are kind person, even if Irish didn't believe them.

Irish might have to force himself into relaxing activities than roaming around sometimes. This way, we can prolong it by 1 month or so.
