I can agree with Kenta there. Since the anime just went over the top at times with the panty flashes. Have to be careful one doesn't cross into the "so many times its stupid" territory. Still got me to check out the manga which I've really enjoyed so its alright.

Looking the the fanservice the panties...well for me the girls face are enough there all too MOE! Plot wise the manga and anime have great story, gonzo put to much effort on the fanservice and butchered the manga chapters which turned off manga fans, but looking at it in a positive way Gonzo released the anime fresh and unlike other animes which almost follows the manga 100%, which imho is not good since if if know the story in the manga we'll know what will happen next in the anime and also some anime viewers hate fillers episodes with nothing to do with the manga nor plot. R+V did great inserting the girls in some of scenes where in the manga they're not in yet.
And yes there are a few ecchi guys in here. We're a bit Most are with Mizore and some are with Moka and Kurumu. No love for the witches? Bit I bet there are people here that loves Kokoa.

Gotta agree with Kenji , the anime isn't that bad, you just mustn't expect the same experience as the manga - it's good in its own way. Panty flashes are fine as long as they don't overuse them however the girls would still be cute without them (not the panties, the panty flashes - stop drooling guys!) as well.

Not sure if I'm the only one, but uh, I'd expect the animes to stick to the source, why? Because the source is what got me interested in the first place. Generally I look at animes because there's only so much you can get out of reading and static images.

I like both the anime and manga. The funny thing is that it was the anime that got me interested in the manga, if I had never read the manga I would think that the anime had a relatively interesting plot just kinda wished it did not keep the camera pans that low.

The anime of R+V got me to read and buy the licensed version of the manga. It's like curiosity, when some people say the anime is not that good, just turn to the manga then you'll read the manga which is much better and as time passes you'll appreciate the animation as well.
Kinda reminded me of To Love Ru. I saw the manga 1st, but I didn't get quite into it since it was similar to old animes story plot with more comedy and ecchi. But after watching the anime, little, by little I got interested and continued to watch and read the chapters. It's like vice versa manga then anime or anime then manga.
