Ragos joined the TSAB on 14/06/0058. Progressed quickly during training and soon formed a Lost Logia search team with peers from training. After events of 0063, the team was disbanded. Shortly following, Ragos took the enforcer exam and succeded in becoming an enforcer.

Libra: Doesn't say what happened in 0063. I guess I need higher access permission for that. Hrmm… do I know anybody with S level access?

Ragos helped solve many incidents with Lost Logia during his time as an enforcer. On 11/02/0068, he found a boy on an unhabitated part of the 34th unadministered world. Next day, he adopted the boy and named him Chaos.

wow that was awesome... Armstrong is amazingly powerful. I am glad the girls realized how serious he really was or else that could be the last mistake any of them ever made.

Quickly, an area near the aces and juniors is covered with Kyla's magic, with her Terra-Variant Mid-Type seal on the ground, which registers as a dimensional break or fold. Then the heavy rain falls and the thin line that was the dimensional fold managed to ward off the rain, diverting it towards empty space.
Chacha in the meantime had other ideas.

She becomes transparent, allowing the rain to simply pass thru her. She then spots Subaru and Ash and dashes towards the two. In the meantime, Ash had managed to borrow Subaru's left arm as always, activating the Gap Generator spell- like the way it dispells AMF, it can also do the reverse, project AMF- a very strong field, making magic saturation-based spells useless.
Ashton: Shall i call them out?
Subaru: well you wanted?
Ash: of course!
And so Ashton borrows Subaru's left hand once again- his device Praesulus (since the two of them are unified, it appears on her left hand while her RK is on her right as always.) and begins chanting the ancient Dei prayer to summon a servant.
Ashton (Spirit):
Oh of all mighty Dei, oh of the all seeing one...
I beseech to you oh wise and powerful one, as a servant of your divine grace...
Allow me to call forth a royal and divine servant...
Allow me to lay spite and lay the true judgement...
Allow me to lay upon thy enemy the real defeat...
Then a Dei type summoning hexagram appears near the two targets.
Come forth! ISIS!!!
Out of the formation, what seemed to be a cloaked woman, floating on her seemingly archaic jetpack with round, wheel glass wings and glass blades on her hands appears.
Subaru: Push it!
Come forth! PAIMON! HECATE! INANA!
Then three more hexagrams appear. and from each a being appeared.
The first one was an armored, floating winged monster with two swords on its hands, the second one was a humanlike lady with standing, red hair, wearing a jewel robe and on her back was a fan shaped levitator, and with a fan on her right hand- laughing like a mansion mistress "hahahaha". and the last one was a white hooded figure, with angel wings- features hidden. These for are the divine servant of Dei- the animii. And so, Isis- the jetpacked being, Paimon, the sword user and Hecate the fan holder, engaged while Inanna- the 'angel' stood back- the rain having no effect on them.
Then Chacha manages to reach Ash and Subaru.
Ash: Isis and the others are engaging right now...
Chacha: I can see that... But can you guys do what the Lady Goddess Dike had thought you?
Subaru: You mean that spell?
Chacha nods.
A & S: Okay!
The duo then stopped about 3/4 of the way, and they can see the battle- as flashes of light. They then summoned their seal and Subaru's RK began to shine and vibrate, along with her full cartridge load being used up.
Ashton: Nil`ithis Inceras! (God Invocation)
Subaru: Itrev'as Imes! (Intervening Prayer)
Mach Caliber and Praesulus: [Field Discharge]
Ashton and Subaru: Del'litas `meus Immei! (Field Leveling)
The duo then punch at the seal, sending a shockwave that stops the rain and breaks the overhanding seal.
Unknown1: What the?!!

- Some of the info had been taken from AlternateS I as well. To those who read AlternateS I, "Field Leveling" is the spell that Dike used for her first appearance- though it was not spoken- opting for a 'Now' word before punching.

- as for the words- i made them up and made them sound like ancient MC language.

h4x0rs also I'll let the remark of the characters seeing the distant battle as flashes of light pass, though Eternal Mist is still in action.

[One of the Mirian Phantoms gets destroyed by the suddenly appearing creatures, being unable to dodge in time under the rain. Five persons regroup under the cover of Sarah and her Phantom whose swords aren't hindered by it. With the swords transformed into a multitude of spiked vines again they manage to fend off the creatures' attacks.]
Sarah: Those things seem to be unaffected by your tricks, stupid Mirian.
Mirian: I'll clear the area around us.
[Mirian raised her arms, making the rain stop in the battle's area. Two Phantoms were now able to provide support in combat with their magic, mainly blocking the creatures' attacks with magical shields and binds. The battle became even.]
Sarah: We need just a couple minutes more, don't do anything reckless anymore.
Mirian: Okay. Wha-?
[A shockwaves shakes the surroundings. Summoning square is broken and the rain stops.]
Sarah: Ha! They've outdone you. Next time do care to make something with a permanent effect, will you?
Mirian: That's unfair! We're two against a whole bunch of them!
Sarah: Stay calm, you're the only one not busy fighting anway.
Mirian: You mean those weirdos disturb you? Phantom Sacrifice!
[One of Mirian Phantoms suddenly explodes producing huge shockwaves of black energy, pushing the creatures considerably far away. Black clouds keep swirling around them confusing their senses.]
Mirian: What are you waiting for - strike them down!
Sarah: Nebel! Sky Dust!
[Nebel loads three cartridges]
[Blade of Sarah's sword dissipates into almost invisible purple clouds of dust, which rush toward animii and surround them, attempting to immobilize and choke the creatures.]

1. This is going to be tough. Serge's girls are up against the h4xx Key Device Vulcan that could bite through even Kha's hardened divine shields. And with X mobilizing AstonSubaru...

No really, with the recent spate of Ace duels, looks like the floodgates are open. I still have that Oba-san of the Saint Church to be revealed. Her Meister name is der Orakle, but all trainees who were once under her, Kha, Acous, Carim and Hayate would agree, that "Silver Terror" fits her better. And, I was intending her to do a demonstration battle with, you guessed it, Hayate. Unfortunately, it looks like the 3 girls are going to be busy, so I'm picking new targets. I wonder who should be the lucky one? Anybody like to volunteer?

I'm around. It's just that I don't post too much unless I've got something to say.

That being said, I'll at least say something useful. If things go well, expect the next Part in around 5 hours. If not, it'll be up by tomorrow at least.

I'm having trouble conveying out the Signum-related parts...

And it's harder for me to put in words Saga's more technical fighting style too... unlike "old knight" Signum/Isdera, or even arrow spammers like Wira. And support characters don't really fight anyway.

As for Ace duels... I personally am not too fond of them.
