Ah thanks. I thought it was a little ambiguous.

Oh well since Lelouch is making an effort and if kallen returns soon she may get 2 at the same time. She'll probably be so excited she'll pass out. Or hide in a corner in a ball wondering what will go wrong.

I am not certain if one can really say that this game is reset by Freya, more like changed by it. One thing I could possibly see is that, the pieces left standing, and their future promotions (see below) are the pieces that will be with the king. White has lost its king, therein those pieces left standing are leaderless. It could easily be an allusion to who will be defecting.

I believe the scene wasn't a scene of foreshadowing, rather it was "the moment". I believe that the pieces didn't play a significant role, however, the blood dripping down the king signified that Lelouch at the time was hurt, which was later confirmed when he asked C.C. what she did when she was hurt on the inside. As for the fate of CC, I believe she will live. CC's words seem to foreshadow Lelouch's life. All the things, she has told Lelouch genuinely in season 1 have either come true, or are emphasized. She said Lelouch will live down an isolated path, which was made prominent with the death of Euphemia and Shirley. There is also that foreshadowing of her words to Lelouch that have not come true yet. I believe she once said that when all of this is over, that she would be the only one with him at the end.

Also i can't see ChiChi returning to the old C.C. You don't just butcher someones character like that for no good reason only to flip them back to the way they were 10 EPs later.

Even if she did return to pre memory loss C.C. if she retained those memories(which it would be pointless if she didn't) she would be at the very least altered by the experience.

Either way old C.C. is gone for good even if she gets her memories back.

I believe at first her wish was to be loved by everyone as she was a slave and was treated poorly. As her Geass made everyone "love" her, she couldn't see what was true love since everyone "loved" her. So now her "true" wish is to find out what true love is.

Does anyone know if Moe C.C. has yet to touch Cheese-Kun?

I wonder if Lelouch's decision to throw away his trust in others will have a negative impact on C.C.. She was the one who suggested friends to take care of inner pain, which is what led Lelouch to call Suzaku, setting this whole thing up.

That's most likely not going to be permanent. Kallen will probably end up nailing a wedge in Lelouch's attempts at not having any friends.

While I do believe Lelouch's attitude won't be permanent, I don't think Kallen'll be the one who rectifies it: she'll be too busy kicking ass and taking names with her modded mech. Nunnally has a better chance, if they manage to liberate her. I just don't want to see C.C.'s advice come around and bite her on the ass.

If Lelouch can get C.C. out of BK before they betray him then C.C. should be fine/safe for awhile.
