Anyone know some news for a new season ?
Should i read the manga instead ? because i think that we have to wait a long time to a new season .

Up to date, there is no confirmation for a new season. If there were, it won't be for another year due to the slow progress of the manga; hiatuses and frequent problems the author is facing. The manga has to be ahead of the anime in order to follow the plot. So I doubt there will be any new seasons this year or the next = =.

I suggest you read the manga if you want to know what happened after the level 4's attack. It starts at chapter 157. Hope I helped.

It was supposed to be vaguely `spring 2009` and finally came out in mid June ^_^;;

Since I don`t read the weekly chapters anymore it will be quite a long time before I get my next D Grayman fix as well T_T

Ah well, 18 was exciting enough to get me interested in a re-read from the beginning. Hopefully Hoshino will be getting better soon.

Well with the incident about Hoshino sensei getting sued for plagarism and all,
Maybe it's just me, but getting shifted from WSJ to Akamaru Jump does seem fishy.

You can't shift from Weekly Jump to Akamaru because Akamaru is a seasonal thing. They only appear on holidays or something. Akamaru mostly consists of one shots and yonkomas.

More likely than not, either the info is a rumor or Hoshino will resume D.Gray-man by putting yonkoma on the upcoming Akamaru.

Akamaru Jump is Weekly Jump's series....and like usopsama mentioned its a seasonal release.... so after that it will mostly go back to WSJ

I guess Hoshino wants to cover the 2months of fiatus with this release somehow...

since normal chapter is like 15pages.... and that akamaru release will contain 50pages.... so its 3 almost 4chapters...better this than nothing ^^

sad that it will appaer in august >__< and mostly we will wait for scans little longer since it was a pain to get 15pages and here is 50 xD

well there still wont be a chapter in whole June... so I wouldnt say that hiatus is over yet ^^

and other question is will DGM return to WSJ in August or September.... like use Akamaru Jump and give 50pages that would cover whole August and than from the beggining of September it would normaly go in WSJ.

Similar thing is with Rosario+Vampire.... like 1chapter per month but 1chapter is more than 40pages... (other example nagasarete airantou)

it would be too pretty if it turned out that after akamaru jump release next week after that DGM was normaly in WSJ XD

Finally managed to watch Volume 16 till chapter 186 :

Wow , Semi-akuma semi-human . They are strong (in fast period )
The new guy's innocence is great ^^ If he can level up 3 he can take akuma lv 3 !! and etc ...

It's confirmed alright. But the real problem is, will this be the real manga, not like a side story or something? Iono, the whole thing seems a bit complicated to me :x

I just hope it doesn't end with this 50 pages, and I hope it goes back into WSJ again.
