That's why I'm ignoring the FLB magna summons. If it's too much of a grind I just won't do it. "This is too much trouble so I won't bother" barely counts as complaining. If I come back later and say "Why is my grid so weak?" or "Why is everyone so strong?" then that I would deserve a lecture, but choosing my battles and conserving my energy is just my ninja way.

So is there any way to get specific mobs to pop so you can get specific drops, or do you just have to be lucky and have no control over what mobs show up or what they drop?

Are you talking about any quest in particular? Arcarum? Dragon scale quests? Apart from Belle Sylphid and rare mobs I'm not sure that is possible.

You can use the Globe of the Starways to pick the boss you want at Stage 9. Everything else is luck.

The boost value isn't the problem. It is the boost type. Assassin boost naturally increase the damage cap of autos up to 1.1 - 1.2m. This is definitely not something you can achieve on regular occasion without that kind of modifier.
Provided you use 3-4 Ixasaba and 2-3 Crimson fingers, capping under the assassin treshold isn't out of question and it has been demonstrated already by several persons.

This doesn't break fire per se. Rather, it is just another questionable addition that pretty much promote primal powercreeping with a sizable number of premium items.

If it doesn't break fire, than there is nothing questionable.
Cygame has to find other ways to make money with their lenient gacha, which is to make the players whale multiple copy of the same weapon.

If anything, Magna becoming strong again with Magna II actually gives Cygame the reason to boost the primal grid to balance things out.

So there’s no way to really get a specific ideas I need? I have gone of the other materials, but I still need 20 more hanged man ideans (plus other stuff) to take my Hanged Man to max. But I can’t get the hanged man to show up even with the globes.

Did you even use the globes?
Whenever you use it, it is a free choice.
How can The Hanged Man not show up?

The globe let's you pick your enemy once you reach 9-3.

Of course I used it. But the hanged man wasn’t there on the list. It only gave me a few options to select from.
I believe I’m coming up on 9-3 again soon, so I’ll check again of course, but it wasn’t there last time I did 9-3.

So i have to go through all nine levels to fight the arcrarum at 9-3, right? I can’t just select stage 9 each time?

Did you select the map that The Hanged Man appears in?
There are three map types, each hosts different tarots.
And yes, you need to redo the entire map from the 1-1 to reach 9-3 again.

Point Aquila is the only route Hanged man is at along with Devil and Sun.
