Trainings arranged by Akisame are severe indeed; his strategy is "double-edged sword called "putting kenichi's life on the line" he hasta risk his life for each training to get stronger. Also I love how Akisame and Kenichi looked more like lovers ^ ^;; than Shishou and disciple.

The flower girl's name is Izumi Yuuka. Her crush is Kenichi so...we might expect some love triangle... I hope

Damn... This anime really looks promising since I love martial arts with weak guys... lol. However, the subs are taking a ridiculously long time to come out. I know we should be grateful, blah blah blah, but this is just kind of ridiculous. Hopefully, they will pick up soon.

This episode was extra hilarious than usual. Some of the dialogues are just too funny! In one scene, all of the masters want Kenichi to refer to them as "Shisho." Kenichi calls them "Shisho", but they want Kenichi to say it as loud as possible. After several try, one of the master suddenly tells Kenichi: "Kenichi, don't die." I know, it doesn't sound that funny, but watching that scene had me giggling for a while.

The episode preview shows Kenichi's exttremely pettable sister is packing her bag with food and other accessories. Seems like she will be on her way to visit her Onichan! I'm sure looking forward to it because she is such a cutie pie.

well leaving out the start we see that the theachers are plotting something big for kenichi ~ Akisame is thinking of giving kenichi training from hell ~

miu is still looked up as an idol amongst the girls in school...she gets out of the swimming pool and giggles at kenichi being chased by more thugs...the flower girl (i cant remember her name asks what his relationship is with kenichi and she just says that they are friends)

at the changing room miu shows her assets but chance and everyone's jaw drops...

kenichi is being trained by Akisame but he is acting suspicious asking kenichi to take it easy...

next comes his sparring session with miu and he is defeated...this time shio is being suspicious...he comforts kenichi for loosing and also says that this dojo is a very friendly place...

kenichi stips apachai running past and asks him whats going on...but the response is less that encouraging as apachai says that nothing is wrong in a panic tone...next shows shigure poking her head around the corner telling kenichi to run for you life before getting snagged back...

well kenichi calls for a teacher meeting and Akisame reveales the truth...they want kenichi to live at the dojo and become a real student...calling kenichi lucky he flips and runs off...Akisame tried to stop him but he manages tto ram through a wall...but later he is caught and tied up...

kicking and screaming the other teachers tries to carm him down...but it doesnt work as kenichi is stubbon...then kensei pops in to give kenichi a perverted fantasy...he states the benifits of living at the dojo and kenichi fantisises about miu and shigure this causes ken to go into a trance like state totally abandoning his fear and he agrees happily skipping off...

while at the side line apachai and shigure pity kenichi...

at home kenichi tells his family that he want to stay at the dojo...naturally there is a resistance from everyone but his dad asks him why he want to be at the dojo...kenichi replies to be strong and he agrees to let him go...while crying himself (for a childe to part with the nest is very touching) and at this time honoka is also crying her eyes out >.<

the next day outside the dojo kenichi is let in as a proper student...he has no regrets as he fantisises miu giving him a back scrum in the bath but Akisame has other ideas ...miu shows up and continues to fantasise...scaring miu heh

well as kenichi opens the door to his destiny...lo and behold the death aura haha! XD
he fainted in fear but the training hasnt even started...well kenichi is told to shape up and he does...with shio playing with his head hahaha ~

the training starts and let me say that its torture...kenichi finally realizes that hes going to die...

shigure then trains him by making him going into a stance while she slices some apples...the aim is to stay still or die XD

shio make kenichi into as human wheelbarrel and kenichi notices Akisame writing his comments into a book...

next up is apachai...kenichi cowers into a shakes...next thing we see is kenichi bursting through a wall from a punch... O.o

that night kenichi realises that hes been tricked by kensei about the loveing that he would recieve from miu ;_;

he ties to escape and finds partol guards ~ he finds a letter to him from his dad and this is the touching mushy scene...reading that letter he is encouraged and strives to go forward...but even if he didnt cry i sure did...was quite emotional as a matter of fact

kensei that night takes kenichi to his secret peeping spot...an outdoor bath with no cover! *nosbleeds at kenichi's fantasy) ~
they find traps layed around but with kensei around they manage to survive XD

omg how brave of them...to reach for their manhood XD

well at last when they reach the bath...we see non other than...miu's dad pop out! XD my eyes! it burns!! >.<

kensei is gonna get a punishing LOLOL...this is where they all hapilly take a nice relaxing bath

As with any other shounen series, there isn't any announcement regarding how long this series is going to be. I suppose the series will continue as long as it deemed by the producers that the series has milkable traits. The way things have unveiled so far in the series, I think it's probable it might have more than 26 episodes. Time will tell!

Best Ep so far imo. Kenichi was truly pissed at seeing his precious Orchid get stomped on. You know when the shounen lead lets out such a cry, someone's ass is getting kicked!

Hm never would have guessed there was that much Kenichi material. Kinda expected this to be a short 13 ep series but apparently it isn't. Will it be a long ongoing series or be divided into one or more seasons?

There are two manga series on this...Both using the typically same characters.

Spoiler:

The first one holds the same name as the anime series here, and so far I think it is on the 23rd or 24th volume (23rd latest released in my country).

The second one (which I do not have the fortune to be able to translate) consists of five volumes, but is most unsatisfying for a shounen manga, if I say so myself.

More importantly, though, it seems they used both elements in both series to add a little more spice in the anime, and I see it having positive and negative effects. So far, though, the storyline seems to be following the original manga series, so I'll be willing to bet on 26 episodes first. 52 might be another possibility, but there definitely hasn't been information on whether there might be a second season or not.
