I'd like to see Inheritance cycle by Christopher Paolini be turned into an anime, but only if they make the anime with great animation, great graphics, great sound....or else it's better as a novel series

Digital Devil Saga. It's the easiest of the Megami Tensei series to adapt because it has a well-paced story with great characters and you could easily cut the usual RPG elements out of it. Granted, I don't know if the anime can add anything the game didn't, but every time I look at Persona 4, I weep.

For LN's and anime-ish media, I'd say Zaregoto, Bungaku Shoujo (as in an actual series), Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria, and Gyakuten Saiban.

For western stuff... Discworld perhaps?

Another addition : I would like to see Mahou Tsukai Kurohime getting an anime adaptation. Despite having zero experience with this manga, the story interests me. I'm a sucker for magical fantasy stories. However, the anime adaptation most likely wouldn't happen since the manga is cancelled due to low sales.

I remember a talk about that once during I think the first Shoutcraft Invitational. It got weird because of the mixed reaction. Main group was going for Korean only while some of the rest were after the International groups...plus casters.

I have forever wanted a Metal Gear anime. Although I don't know how well some of the boss battles would translate to solid viewing entertain. Snake vs. Sniper Wolf or The End would be one that would be iffy. It could be incredibly boring if handled badly with both Snake and his opponent being rather unengaged with each other in a sense or it could be incredibly psychological with various mind games being played between the two and as mental fatigue begins to set in. The digital graphic novels were nice, but an anime would have been perfect to retell these kind of iconic gaming moments.

They wouldn't even have to do adaptions (although Konami probably would) as Naked Snake (among others) has a lot of backstory that can be worked with.
