After reading all of this it explain why I hate most manga that have childhood friend as main heroine. They are so over possessive think that they own the guy from the beginning.

Well the MC is in a situation where it's practically do it die, and Yuno is definitely at the center of it which makes his situation pretty delicate, to say the least. If cheating won't kill him, I'm sure sexual frustration will, from Yuno's standpoint.

I don't know. There are many yandere heroines that are likeable because of that feature. Ie. Ayase Aragaki from Oreimo proves that point. There are many others but can't think of any off the top of my head, right now.
