Funny when Spe-chan ended up 7th, and even funnier the person who following her ended up losing the race too - well, third place is still good.

After many losses.. Spe-chan finally win first place. Some good rest is all she need.

Nice comeback. It's understandable she got late out of the gate since she's not used to this after a year inactive. She recovered her speed but that's not all there is to it. In any case, she'll probably go back to her usual front runner style as soon as she gets used to getting out of the gate properly again.

About the race, it was inspired in the Capital Stakes 1999. Only difference Sun Visor (called Sun Flare in real life) actually won that race. That's why I was worried about Suzuka. But it looks like she managed to beat fate again. All in all, pretty good episode

I already know the result of Spe-chan's race so I'm not all that excited about that. Episode 13 will probably be more interesting. Chances are it will feature the totally anime-original showdown between Suzuka and Spe. That will be something else.

Wow look at Broye, she gets a limo and even the red carpet rolled out for her, the perks of being a top international race horse.

It was nice to see El Condor Pasa try and help out Special Week like that, those 2 have along gotten along.

That was a strange and funny way her teammates were cheering her on but whatever works I guess.

What an incredible comeback race for Silence Suzuka, she destroyed everyone out there.

Can't wait for next episode to see Special Week go up against Broye, I am not confident that she will win but she will definitely give it everything she's got out there.

If they don't make "Indigenous" and "High-Rise" looks at the actual one i would believe Broye comes to 2nd, but they did, "Indigenous" and "High-Rise" really looks like real life one(even though i bet they both don't have rights too), and since El "rule breaker" Condor Pasa is not here(lol), i assume the show will still respect real life's 1999 Japan cup.

Episode 12:

Tbh, I think Suzuka has potential to make it far with her current ability. She has so many fans too.
However, I will also say that Special Week is one of her biggest rivals in the show because how much she has improved.

Broye really bought the best out of Special Week. I hope she gets to compete with Special Week again. It felt like a competitive rivalry that took Special Week to her limits. Special Week showed so much heart in the race though. I love it especially with the crowd cheering on. Great job on Special Week's win! So well deserved.

She also looked confident on stage post match compared to early episodes.
