Shameless plug for admiration of my prettiful house! ^^
Oh, some screenies of my friend and I all prettied up for marriage stuff. (Wedding dress colors & hairstyles not final, of course. My char is the one in blue~) We're waiting until January to have the ceremony because this month is way too packed for our guild:

Thank you! :3
Though, I actually meant that holiday activities/work/school is the reason we're waiting til Jan. December is just a busy, busy time for folks. (Unless you're like me and have no life.)

There is no man; isn't that the point?
Anyway, that aside, the Christmas event is kind of interesting in the way it encourages land-owners to buy and install the different kinds of trees so people can complete their quests. Even if you don't have a house, be sure to use the trees land-owners place on their properties rather than the "Generic" one that's there by default, as the non-green Fallen Stars can be traded in for 2 green, effectively doubling the amount of stuff you can get. (There are also some items that can only be gotten with the other colours, of course.) Also, apparently the premium gift bags has a fair bit of junk, but you have the chance of getting a thavnarian onion from it. Not sure if there are any other valuable prizes in the mix.

But besides that, it'd require finding people who want the bands still at this point and have gil to spare. If there was a window, now it's probably passed.

I want blm i120 weapon, which shouldn't be too hard since most people in my group have their aug weapons now. Just to make grinding for relic easier for my bard, hopefully future relic grinds allow any class to be used as well.

Decided to try a 1 month sub on the game during the holidays after I tried a free trial last november. So... does anyone know a site to learn the game terminology, slang, class progression and crafting?

Rumor mill had already indicated Samurai would not be a release job for Heavensward; because SE supposedly felt 2 eastern themed jobs shouldn't be so close or else seemed bias or something , but that it might be adding during Heavensward in a major patch.
Anyways look like only new healer class is one of interest to me of the 3 current, unless I hear DK is really fun.
