I'm reading Small Favor, a book of the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. I love this series

Also, a while ago but I finally got myself to read The Devotion of Suspect X by Higashino Keigo. Very, very nice book, the ending got me so depressed though I think there's an English translation out now, so if anyone likes Asian mystery/crime stuff I'd recommend it to you!

Just finished Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk. It was pretty darn good with well-developed characters and his classic loopy plotting. However, the middle did get slightly tedious and slowed down too much; it would have been fine a couple of chapters shorter.

I'm now going to read Piercing by Ryu Murakami. I've always wanted to read some of his work since I read a few pages after picking up a Haruhi Murakami work. It seems good so far.

Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, I don't know why I haven't read this one before..
Amerika by Franz Kafka, one of his unfinished work.

Well, finished The Fall. For being the second book in The Strain trilogy, it managed to finally pull me in. The series was fairly ok until the second half of this book, as everything sort of gets turned on its head when the revelations comes flying. Now I can't wait for the final book later this year.

Starting Thunder Run: The Armored Strike To Capture Baghdad by David Zucchino tonight.

Just finished the Hunger Games trilogy, which was fantastic but had a terrible ending.

Now reading The Valley of the Wolves for the 4th or 5th time, because it's one of my all-time favorites that I just randomly happened to find one day a few years back and then bam, insta favorite ^^
Also reading The Wednesday Letters by Jason F. Wright. Not sure how I like it.

Breaking Dawn of the Twilight series was the last book I had read. Lets just say I really wish I wouldn't have. That was a while ago. In between school and work there is no time to anything.
I also read:
Harrison Begeron a short story but Kurt Vonnegut
Farenheit 451 By Ray Bradbury

I just finished Battle Royale. I'm about to begin Reality Is Broken by Jane McGonigal. Basically, she argues that playing video games can be very productive, but some games are more productive than others, and all of her claims are backed by scientific research.

I'd prefer if it had a romance sub-plot and a darker type of narration. (like the Warhammer 40k type of narration)
Thanks in advance.
Don't know about the 40k narration style but the Wheel of Time series packa a enough romance sub plot for a harem (because it really inlcudes one)

Down and Out in Paris and London by George Orwell.
Thank goodness, the situation in a hotel's kitchen isn't like that anymore... at least where I worked.

Currently re-reading A Brave New World from Aldous Huxley, probably one of my favorite dystopian classics.
