One of the things I've noticed when it comes to certain anime series is that there are times when it could possibly work and times where it doesn't. Take for example...I can't remember that Gundam movie they attempted. It was a combination of 3D models and some live action mixed in. I would probably give it an average rating, even though I've yet to see it, however...I've seen bits of Initial-D which...for some reason does seem to work both as an anime and live-action.
It's a little tricky when it comes to conversions. Take for example that Dragonball movie that came out this year. *shudders*. I'm glad I didn't watch it. Almost seemed like an epic failure. I know I've heard that Blood: The Last Vampire is being made into live action. Saw the trailer...looks alright. Not promising, but...seems alright. However...if I had to choose a certain anime that would be made into a live action movie...I'd probably would have to go with either Voltron or Samurai Troopers. |

I haven't watched the live action Death Note movies yet, but I have watched the live-action Higurashi no Naku Koro ni movie.
The anime was definitely better, but I think the way they adapted it into a movie was okay. It didn't meet my full expectations, but I would definitely watch it again. |

Ah sorry guys but my personal opinion is to never make any anime into
a live action movie.. its just not the same ya know? also for the sake of the arguement.. my example is Dragon Ball.. the live action movie was a huuuuge let down and i know they're coming out with an Avatar the last air bender live action movie too and i just gotta say the trailer doesnt look very promising haha please dont hate me for saying that xD im only trying to state my opinion =D |

I would really like to see Murder Princess as a live action movie. And a Hime-sama wielding a sword XD
And there is a body tranfer happen too. The story is not really long so I guess it's not really troublesome. |

I'd like something done that you wouldn't expect, that's not based on a huge money-maker anime and would take me to another world. Something different and unique when placed on the movie screen and have me saying "I never thought they could bring this to the big screen live action well."
so my choice is Sandland by Akira Toriyama |
