58% isn't quite 60% but it was still a great performance by Misaka. As expected, Mikan came out on top over Yami. I was hoping Yami would keep things a bit closer but what she did wasn't bad.

There aren't any real heavy hitters in the first match but for the most part they aren't really weak either. Shizuku seems to be the strongest so I'm going with her. Fate is one of the top tier competitors and her opponents are midcarders. Fate should win pretty easily. Her opponents aren't as weak as Misaka's so she probably won't break 60% but she'll certainly try.

the only question remaining in fate race is will Fate receive 2x the number of votes the other 3 girls combine.

as for the other race, you gotta give Hidamari Sketch its due. HS is not a top tier team that can win it all but they won't lose to any but a top tier girl and will seriously hurt someone if the other side isn't careful.

4-1 (25-29 total) for E8/F8 (picks: Ritsu/abstained) + E9/F9 (Komoe/Mihoshi) + G1/H1 (Mikoto/Yami): Sucks to see God dead, even though my pick would've been Komoe in the end. As for Mikoto... I guess her opponents were destined to be railgun fodders the moment they got matched up with her.

Hmm, how much of Fate's support comes from pity voting... after all the Saimoe beatings she took at the hands of Rozen Maidens? Epic battles they were, yes. But alas, too many times she was at the short end of the stick.
