Powerstone was a kick ass 3d fighting game where you interacted with the things around you. It seemed like the characters came from obvious places and there moves (Spirit bomb) but non the less was a very kick ass game.
I plan on going to the anime store on the 10th and picking up my copy of naruto for gc, can't wait. The first one was awesome except for limited people which this game makes up for quite nicely. |

smee, I ordered the game at www.lik-sang.com. They're having free shipping right now, so it's best to get it from there. Last I heard, they also have a Naruto 2 + Freeloader combo deal.
I haven't gotten mine yet, of course. They shipped it out on Friday, so I guess I'll be getting mine this coming week or the beginning of the week after. |

The PS2 version of Naruto: Narutimett Hero isn't the same as the Gamecube version of Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 2. PS2 version of Naruto is like powerstone...still a cool game. Gamecube version is like tekken/virtuafighter style arena with smash bros type moves. You can also do all the supers that are in the anime...including neji's 64 hands move.

I've been trying to find this game called Narutimette and i still dont see it. Someone said that they bought it....how??!??! And can someone really explain what the hell powerstone looks like using examples?
Edit: You god damn ppl you had me so confused. The game is called Narutimate Hero. Not Narutimette or something. Im watching a footage of it right now.....wow. 2nd Edit: After watching the clip 5 times over I am in absolute love with this game. It seems that this is a 1v1 fighting game but the characters look like pencil drawings from the Manga and they even have shading on them which makes the action look like its straight from the manga. In the clip, what amused me most was that the way Naruto uses the Kuybi chakra. Its the exact same as in the anime. The cage and the red eye of the fox is all there. Its really amazing. You guys really need to see this. Also i saw Kakashi do the thousand years of pain LOL. Last edited by -|(aGe-BuNsHiN-; 2003-12-07 at 21:12. |

Actually...the katakana on the game cover says Narutimetto hiiro... Anyway, I got no idea what Narutimetto or Narutimett is...
Anyway, the new Naruto 2 for gamecube has 4-way simultaneous fighting action. And the cel-shading (eg. zelda windwaker and naruto 1 for gamecube) also gives it the anime feel. You can buy all three naruto console games at www.ncsx.com Buy it there if you're importing the game because if you buy it from places like play-asia or lik-sang you'll have to pay taxes and tariffs that they don't list on your invoice. Don't forget to buy "freeloader" or "action replay" to play different region games on your gamecube...unless u've already purchased a japanese gamecube or a mod hehe. You'll also need a spare empty memory card in conjunction with the freeloader. |
