Have you tried lately? .. last time I did... its 45 seconds .. they made it a longer wait this year (compared to last year) which is why we tell people 46 seocnds.. just to allow a little lee-room.

and cross verified... yup .. knock yourself out... its too late change the main annoucements... 30 seconds can be used if you choose to use that instead of the 46 .. they must have changed it in the last few days... because as recent as Hina I was still getting a warning "you can't post sooner tahn 45 seconds" .

WARNING: JST TIME APPLET IT SHOWING TIME 1 HOUR OFF!!!!!!! THE SECONDS AND MINUTES ARE DEAD ON .... IGNORE THE HOUR! (at least for me) we're in the hour of the rush.

THIS APPEARS TO BE A FUNCTION OF THE SCREWED UP DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME STUFF ...

not yet.. most of them are real chara... I'm going to wait til the end, because there are boudn to be a lot more on the way throughout the day.
