What a stupid way to end a stupid series.
It completely failed to adress a few things: 1. C.C.'s real name 2. The reason why Xian-que was coughing up blood It also failed to develop some things that were being developed over the season. For instance, C.C.'s warning about the contacts having the possibility to fail ended up being nothing more than a plot cover up to have Lelouche be able to talk normally without having to cover his eye instead of having it be a meaningful plot twist when Lelouche broke through that power. The thing with Suzaku killing Lelouche was stupid. C.C. was shown there, knowing full well about it. Isn't her wish to die? Congratulations Sunrise, you managed to create a major plot hole. And then Anya. What the heck happened with her? Jeremiah uses his anti-Geass on her, and then what? Nice way to forget to tell us There were only 2 things I liked about this episode. First was the orange farm. That made me laugh. Second was Nunally's bondage outfit. She really looked good in it. In the end, this episode failed. It had quite a few great things it could have done, and it did none of it. But it was typical of this series to begin with. I'm giving it a 1 since it was painful to watch at times.

The only touching scene this episode was Nunnaly holding her brother's hand one last time. That was incredibly sad, but I couldn't bring myself to cry.
Was it really not that sad/touching or am I a heartless sob? Was anyone else emotionally touched at that point? |

Quite a good final.
Jeremiah displayed us his awesomeness! A KMF inside a KGF!! With a cyborg inside as a last weapon!!!! And he still has Geass Canceller! Since the beginning of R2 I tought that the "satisfying ending" would be a Moses one. So I am not so surprised. But his death was indeed a sad one When in Turn 24 he geassed Shunaizeruu into obeying Zero, I was sure he was going to stage Emperor Lelouch's death by the hand of Zero, but I never tought he planned it this way... LelouchxDeath-sama FTW (altough a Death-sama harem ending would have been nicer ), unless... I am inclined to buy the whole "Lelouch gained Charles Code which stayed dormant until he got killed, and he is now driving C.C. in the countryside", but... Where the heck is Sayoko!!!! Our awesome Ninja Meido!!!! Don't tell they are leaving open the possibility that she is the one who made the paper crane... If it wasn't for totally uncute teenage little brothers, I would have given this episode a better note than a 1
