ahum..of every studio that tackled the hayate no gotaku franchise,i had the least issue's with J.C staff handling it.

plus there's a very likely possibilty that J.C staff will handle hayate s03(or at the very least a new studio&staff),since there's also rumors of a 3rd season of Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai being produced by manglobe.

Why? Because they were actually faithful the original source or because it was so different from S1 that you thought they were unfaithful?

No i mostly just want them to focus on LB so it can have good animation and not well suck. But i guess they can still do it while doing other things (just please don't let it be like 2010...).

This isn't really the place for such discussion, but this doesn't really have anything to do with anything because studios like this one that tackle multiple productions use different teams, and much of the work is outsourced. They're not stealing from one show to work on another because they can't -- the production partners paying them would be furious if their resources were being diverted. I think this is just one of those classic misconceptions that seems to stick in people's mind because of anecdotal (but not actual) evidence.

Anyway, and now back to the topic at hand...

It's going to be Manglobe, the company that did the movie. They announced the third season would be by them when they announced the movie. Just sounds like they've finally gotten close to releasing it, almost 2 years later.
