Right now, it feels "okay". Makoto seems like a better man than in the anime. Feels, to repeat, normal.

Maybe volume two will be more interesting with the ending of the first volume.

The latest I saw is chapter 10, and I have to agree, Makoto just doesn't give me a "must kill him" sensation in the manga right now. Except after the end of chapter 10 @___@

Overall, I think the character looks better in the manga, but that may just be me. I think they give a better feel with the art style of the manga.

I have to wait for the chapters to be put together to get them. Magazine chapters are out of my reach.

Chapter 12 was just released a while ago on CompAce.

Seems that the author decided not to make it explicit... at least not for those who couldn't understand what's going on

For anyone else that has read this, can they explain what's going on?

Spoiler for Spoilers for Chapters 11 and 12:

In chapter 11, after getting shouted at by Kokoro, it looks as if Makoto decided to break things up with Sekai since he didn't want to hurt Kotonoha. On the roof at school he seems to tell Kotonoha the truth and begs for forgiveness which she accepts. But then for some reason she decides to try and kill Sekai anyway with a saw. Makoto gets in the way and winds up getting slashed.

Chapter 12 starts off with Makoto in a hospital, surrounded by his friends as he recovers. Sekai soon arrives and stays in his room as the others leave. As Sekai is cleaning up the room, Makoto receives a call on his cell. I'm assuming that it's Kokoro since Makoto looks stunned (most likely he'd being told that Kotonoha's dead). Sekai, who was turned away from him, starts to giggle after he asks her something. This is when he notices a (bloody?) knife in Sekai's bag. She then turns around and definitely looks like she's lost it, possibly because of the near-death experience. As she's telling Makoto something she walks towards his bed while (I'm assuming) Makoto's trying to send some sort of text message before he loses his grip and drops his cell. Sekai then looks like she's about to wrap her hands around Makoto's neck; she's either telling him that no one can get in their way now or she's trying to choke him.

All I know at this point is that Makoto tries to make things right and both girls still go insane

Though it's also possible that Makoto was getting paranoid at that point.
