I know its just my opinion of their relationship I just can't see them as a couple and yeah I do argee that the decision does lie with Ishibumi.

Why tho? Why should he need to be in a relationship? I’m not against it but I dont see to much of a reason for him to have a love interest right now

Well Ishibumi wants to build a High School DxD Universe. Ishibumi already pulled another of his previous series MC Kenzaki from Denpachi, so he may intending to reboot Denpachi into the DxDverse too.

I won't be surprise if he thought of a series or at least a 1/2, maybe 3 volume story for Vali. Simply put Ishibumi may have bigger plans for Vali and Lavinia and is building the base for that.

To be fair, Lavinia's the tease type, so her trying to get it on with Tobio is something that she would do. Though with that said, She must have known that Tobio already has Sae.

As for Vali having a girl, the way I see it, it comes down to Azazel wanting to brake his "berserker" tendencies. While now he has a purpose to stay and participate in protecting the world (so that he can see his mom and siblings live in peace), Vali needs that certain person who can calm him down everytime he goes into berserker mode.

I have a feeling's that Vali's going to have a daughter and everyone starts wondering who the mother is and it becomes the biggest mystery ever. More than what Kakashi's face looked like.

If the child inherits the aura of Ise and Vali through Ex and whatever the name of Vali's daughter would be, that child would be beyond OP. And not only Lucifer blood, but he or she will also inherit Dragon blood. Great Red's no less.
