Yes there are werewolves. I mean we already have winged humanoids, elves, demons and dragons. Though Neito can't transform into wolf form because she is half human.

i agree with this theory. It will be interesting for people to see how Tenzou handle his new found love life in season 2.

His confession towards Mary was filled with heartwarmingly epic and funny moments. Biting his own tongue multiple times saying his confession,everyone else's face palming. Then there is tenzou removing his face scarf to kiss Mary and then replacing his battle damaged scarf with the one Mary made for him in the blink of an eye after the kiss. Then new couple now Pulls Excalibur out of the stone(together) and turn back the Spanish armada in the epic finale.
Tenzou is quite the lucky guy in vol 2. He meets the girl of his dreams/fantasies, got to prove he is a badass of awesome to everyone, and his future children with Mary have a right of succession to the throne of England. The 2 major bad thing that happened to him was his dad kicking him out of the house for bring back a "wife" and his said wife finding a copy of the Hentai-eroge "Highest Peak! The Virgin Queen Elizabeth, 1st Edition." in his possession(Mary is queen elizabeth's sister).
Also, Please let Kawasumi Ayako voice Mary. i would love to have the 2 character who wield Excalibur in different shows in the same season to be voiced the same.

Vol 1 was a crowning moment of awesome for Tori. Vol2 is the same for Tenzou.

Since i was curious so i looked ahead at parts of vol4 and was shocked to find out this. if its mentioned already i apologize.

i was totally unaware that Ulqukiaga had a human form.
this happens shortly after Ulqukiaga's confession towards Date Shigezane. After falling from the sky Shigezane found herself no longer held by the half dragon Ulqukiaga rather is was a tall ,slim ,chiseled handsome young man with long flowing silver hair and a pair of golden colored dragon eyes. It turns out due some magical shenanigan that i don't entirely comprehend yet Ulqukiaga is forced into his human form. He then goes to explain that dragons can transform into humans in certain circumstances, and that when bounding with human mates in this form the resulting offspring would be more human like. He then asks Shigezne which of his forms she likes more, to which she answers"i like the stupid idiot dragon that saved my life." Cue which the bishie Ulqukiaga transforms back into his dragon form.

She inherited both Mary I and Mary Stuart, so she was also called "Double Bloody Mary" aside her other urban nickname of "Scarred". Right now she's confined in Tower of London waiting for her execution. (p467, 2A)

I can't remember the reason why she had to take two names. Kawakami went really fastidious on England's history and politics that I didn't bother memorizing everything.

As for her role in volume 2, I haven't read the second part yet, but maybe she has something to do with Excalibur thing.

I think this is the right place for this; I was debating whether to post this in the Horizon Q & A thread or here. I've got a few questions for those familiar with the light novels with regard to Honda Futayo. I'd prefer simply yes/no answers, if possible.

1) Does she become an important character after the events of the first season of the anime?

2) Does she have any big upcoming battles?

3) Is there a love interest in sight for her?

Yukari Tamura's [Fear from C3] voicing Elizabeth, they say.

Also, poor slowpoke Jizurisuzaku battling Michiyukibyakko, which appears to be like a kendo practitioner fighting a judo black belt. It's just too unbalanced.

This season should focus on the Spanish Armada part from history, am I right? From what I'm seeing, Tres Espana would split the forces of Musashi in two, with the others left in the ship forced (and now in England) to face the others left behind in Tres Espana. [I haven't read the novels, but I know some plot details.]
