well yeah, and i wouldnt like if this arc turns out just beign slice of life-ish, but give kamachi credit 3 indexLN,1 heavy objct LN(i think) 2 games, 1 scenario for another game,the SS´s , probably a movie and railgun....actually when does this man sleep?

Nothing much to add, except that Misaki was planning on just mind controlling her way to victory but got trolled by Fukiyose saying items not related to the event is allowed in, so they'll be taking care of her bag for her (and Fukiyose didn't even know about the remote controls).

Xochitl's getting her 1st mission as part of MEMBER here.

And last page Mikoto is sweating bullets at how her mother + Uiharu + Saten is on the verge of finding out about Touma.

Saten is the only one that haven't seen Kamijou yet right?

She together with Shirai saw him at the big TV screen, during Misaka's match where Misaka had to find some high school participant from first matches and drag him with her (or something about this lines).
She also "probably" saw him when he saved her and Misaka from the graviton bomb.
And if you have looked at the spoilers from this chapter you would have noticed this:


Saten: Yea it seems like he has been helping out Misaka-san a lot.
Misuzu: Oh? And? And?
Uiharu: Ah, earlier I saw them during the borrowed items race broadcast. Misaka-san and the spiky-haired...

UIHARU is mentioning him.




As for Saten: well she probably hasn't seen him, but as I speculated before, it is possible, that they met already.

Railgun has always been slow. Remember how long the Sisters arc took to finish?

Duration-wise yes, but they usually have something to offer to the plot to make it exciting.

The recent chapters have been relatively slow tempo, it just feels like they're buying time.

Read the newest chapter , it was fine but short for a monthly chapter, here my question, in page 18 or 18, in the background of the picture in the sky, here the problem for me

1. there is no sky

2. It all white!

back in the earlier chapter the sky had a color of blue or something and there was clouds too, is there a rule in manga that the sky is sooo WHITE

PS: misaka mom Hair is so much bigger in the anime!

Most manga uses white skies because it is colourless so they don't have to pay for the ink.

manga is black and white. the color blue is is due to the raw. SO it's normal to see WHITE sky or gray sky.

somehow you asked something that so obvious, and didn't need explanation....but well it was because the sky is not the "center of attraction" of that panel, and didn't need to be soo detailed....(except the panel show 100% background)...and it will be pain in the ass if you must draw all background so detailed, because the "center of attraction" is the character...(and the panel is too small)
