Speaking of the new OVA, seems they changed animators for it. Akio Takami will now be in charge of animating the thing. For those of you who don't Akio's work: Kanokon, Ladies vs. Butlers, the latest To Love Ru's, Upotte, that is all.

I think noses are a big turn off and prefer girls who breathe through their mouth, so you can imagine how happy the new designer makes me.

I don't know how I feel about the change in art director. Sure, it does have a certain level of sexy, but if he messes up Himegami with this new style, I'll hunt him down and steal his soul.

*sigh* such a missed moment of awesome by not having the Venus unit go through with the manga plot of capturing Himegami and the ensuing fight(s) that took place. I guess they didn't want to scare the boys with Cecilia...

One thing though, how the hell did the person who designed the characters for Shaman King the TV animé go from that to Kanokon, etc? I guess he was tired of skinnies and went where the meat market isn't so useless. Chubby chasers ftw.

It has been made official that there will or will not be a Second Season?

The aforementioned OVA from the 1st page will still be released along with Limited edition of volume 11 of the manga, the new announcement for a new TV season is not related with that. However the staff & studio are the same with the one announced for the OVA.

So to clear things up, there will be an OVA and with the recent announcement there will also be a new TV season.

Has it already been told that there will be a Second Season or will we get to know in the OVA that will be released?

Basically, there are 2 anime projects for this
1. OVA (Was announced a while ago, bundled with Limited Edition of Vol.11 of Manga)
2. TV series (The announcement was from that image I posted)

So you don't have to wait for the OVA for another announcement.

Okay folks, I came through here and did some serious pruning.

Not only were there several reports about where the conversation went, but its very nature was pointless, beyond off topic, and frankly pretty tasteless. Try to have a little consideration for the other members of the forum in the future.
