IMHO the reason behind Ulqi second release and announcement that he is the only with it . Is a very clever PLOY by KT to over hype him, also to bring this battle between UlqiXIchigo into relevance. With Shunshui VS Stark being a being battle of the upper tier power scale he needs to one up IchigoVSUlqi . By the announcement , a fresh can of worms is opened, whether Ulqi stronger than the remaining three or the Espada ranks are still relevant . With this distraction in place, KT can hype this badly timed fight and generate interest.

i just hope that by the time this battle ends the other one in K town dose't end as well. all we see is Ichi and co coming back into K town and all the Arrancar dead alraedy. all that would be left is the big 3.
