Web novel updated. A three-way battle commences, with Elias seemingly brainwashed (from Kanami and Krusty’s perspective). Leonardo and Coppelia join the fun, and I’m pretty sure Leonardo and Elias are dueling by the end.

Keronardo is telling Elias what a hero he is to adventurers as an attempt to pull him out of his powerless feeling, and try to become the friend of this hero.

There are also the same kind of monsters summoned by the Genius of Summoning in the caverns. Apparently this battle happens at the same time as Shiroe's raid at Shibuya.

Chapter 103 is up. Mamare’s on a roll now (updated once a week for the past three weeks), but I’m estimating that this is the second-to-last chapter before volume 11 ends.

Spoiler for Spoilers, probably really inaccurate because I'm interpreting off of Google Translate, and everyone knows how accurate THAT is.:

Chun Lu (the Chun Lee knockoff) gets to be useful here, and informs the group that the Lelang Wolf Cavalry is helping subdue the Eternal Moths. Ch5.1 is told from Coppelia’s point of view, where she’s calculating the relationship between the Lelang Wolf Cavalry and Kanami’s group (when their interests coincide and when they don’t). She also assesses their current situation and worries about the fact that Elias can’t be healed by her skills (due to some sort of status effect).

Ch5.2 focuses on Krusty, who is dueling Youren ( ようれんせんにょ = Youren Fairy? She’s referred with an extra せんにょ/仙女 that means fairy/elf; her previous appearances only called her Youren/ ようれん / 葉蓮 ). He’s in a bit of a pickle because his curse from the beginning of the volume, which prevents him from recovering HP. Because he focuses on the Scarlet Knight build, which emphasizes HP recovery and lacks in defense compared to the normal sword-and-shield build that Naotsugu and Dinkuron use, his situation sucks. As a result, Krusty has to rely on <Mnemosyne Taboo> (his second Overskill) to boost his ATK and DEF. On the other hand, Youren also has an HP-draining effect on Krusty, but he gets around that with his axe, which deals continuous damage. When Youren is about to kill Krusty, a wolf-dog named “Silly Question” ( ぐもん) takes the blow for him and dies. After it disappears into bubbles, Misa’s voice enters his head and then her severed arm appears (or maybe it’s been there all along and it’s just talking to him now. Who knows).

In Ch5.3, Krusty’s memories return, and he reveals that he remembers the Genius of Witches, Bucaphi (the Genius of Stryges in the Nuctemeron). After the incident with Calamity Hearts at Seventh Fall, he ended up on the Rainbow Island Kunlun, where he met Bucaphi. Bucaphi attempted to make him her slave, but because he refused her, she erased his memories and gave him the status effect before dropping him off in the Chinese Server. However, he has now dispelled the status effect used the contract nature of the curse to exploit it to his advantage. Because he is able to trade memory for MP, he used that MP to add two more statements to the contract to allow him to take back memories and suck HP from Genius (thanks Alf). He recognizes Youren (who I think is Papus in disguise/possession of another body) and Bucaphi as enemies and resolves to take them down. After killing Youren, he goes back and picks up Huā Diāo (a servant girl that was introduced at the beginning of the volume).

I just hope..that mamare remains consistent with his updates now.. we already had quite a few delays and i really want to things to speed so we can finsih the story.

Maybe we might get a season 3 sooner rather than later...altough that is a big MIGHT.

That would actually be hilarious. Except Shiroe, open your eyes there's no less than four girls that are into you.

On another note, chapter 104 of the web novel was published today, and it concludes Krusty, Tycoon Lord. I'm not sure if this is any indication of next volume's events, but at the end of the chapter, after marking the volume's completion, Mamare added: →コッペリア；ティアード・アイランド (→Coppelia; Tiered Island, I believe).

I wouldn't take my word for what it says, but it does seem like there will be jail time, probation, and a fine (7 million yen?).

Makes me wonder if all of these constant updates are because 1) he's no longer tied up with the court case and 2) he might not be updating if he's doing time

I believe it's just a ten month sentence suspended for 3 years, plus the fine.

EDIT: Although actually, after waking up some more, the article looks like it says 10 months imprisonment, 3 year suspended sentence (recommended sentence 10 months) and the fine. So I suppose it is possible that he will be imprisoned for a while, maybe he'll write while there and get his sister to post it or something.

Yeah the sentence is 10-month imprisonment, but it's a suspended sentence so he won't need to go to prison provided he doesn't commit anything illegal for 3 years... like evading taxes again.
