Wow...I can't believe Sayaka made it to the semifinals. As a Sayaka fan, this truly made my day! :3

Welp... since I'm a Mami supporter I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed with the outcome.

I guess I'll be rooting for Madoka next =x

Also Madoka x Mami > Homura x Mami > Sayaka x Mami!!!

Mami sou uke

Interesting. it still looks like a PMMM will win AST this year, but since Mami can't repeat win this year, if Sakura Kyouko earns an upset win of her own (against Madoka), maybe I will have a challenger to support in the final match.

(Kyouko had my support in 2011, I'll give her my support again if she advances)

Mami supporters shouldn't be too distraught. She had a very nice run. J-SaiMoe 2011 Champion, and J-SaiMoe 2013 Quarterfinalist. I think that's as good a performance as any girl as had in this tournament, is that correct?

Well, if Kyouko can win her match, then even if Watashi lose, I would still have someone to root for.

I guess the appeal of Kyouko vs Sayaka final is very high this time, since the movie gave a lot of sweet moments for fans of this yuri couple. Madoka on the other hand...

One good thing about intra-series PMMM matches is that they're relatively unpredictable.

1. Most people didn't think Mami would defeat Madoka in 2011, and go on to win it all.

2. Almost nobody thought Homura would be the one to finish third in the Ayase/Homura/Madoka match.

3. Most (including even me, I'll admit) thought Mami was the favorite to win this latest match.

For intra-series matches, Madoka Magica is very unpredictable. Usually intra-series matches are as predictable as it gets.

Wow, Sayaka. I'm pleasantly surprised. To defeat Mami and by such a big vote difference to boot. I don't dislike Mami but I'm glad the voters chose Sayaka here.

As far as former winners go, she equals Nanoha's record of 1 Championship (2005) and 1 Quarterfinalist spot (2007). Nanoha can also claim to have been Group Finalist twice (2006, 2010) and reached Round 3 once in 2008. But Mami can claim to have reached the Top 8 on all of her participations.

Seems I have a lot to look forward to in that department.

All the more to make the long wait unbearable, because no theater in this anime-forsaken country is showing it.

Only nobody at AS except probably me. Madoka had been more popular than Homura for awhile, at least in Japan...

On the flip side, I certainly didn't expect THIS big of a win by Sayaka. Hope Kyouko can win next round, since Kyouko-Sayaka yuri final is probably the best thing outside of Kyouko-KYOUKO.

(Although, yeah, I think Watashi will win this whole thing...)

I blame Urobuchi.

Probably cause she's the only non-PMMM candidate and being Watashi would make this an epic troll xP
