Is a game involve you have supernatural powers in a cyberpunk society, so sort of like Deus Ex with Vampires, you can mind control, strangle (a la Dark Vader) and blink (Like Dishonored)

Have anyone tried it yet?

A Deus Ex with vampires sounds like Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.

I've seen several comments opining that the developers were in fact influenced by said setting; for this game's sake I hope it sticks closer to that (and maybe Blade than... a certain series of movies. Admittedly, I am curious as to whether zero-kill (well, with respect to the mooks, anyway) playthroughs will be possible.
