While i understand the reason behind the idea of tags. It is clear that the tag system is being abuse and needs to be either clean up or get rid of.

Just leave the adding of tags to the mods. Simple as that.

For now, please report any thread where there is tag abuse, and the people who do it will be warned or banned. We can see who adds all tags, and we do ban people who abuse this system.
