Goodness, the atmosphere of the trailer is SO different from how Karusel' channel advertised MLP in Russia... Then again, they proceeded to fail the dub and translation in quite a spectacular way...
Best thing about the news is that the whole two-parter is apparently aring at once on November 10. No cliffhangers, yay! (after watching Fate/Zero, I'm kinda allergic to them )

Spoiler for 8 minutes' worth of spoilers until November the 10th:
Is it me, or they re-recored the OP again instead of changing it? The visuals in the episode itself look impressive, though. Even more so than last season. MLP FiM sure has changed my views on what flash animation is capable of. Twilight once again takes the award for the most adorable bookworm in fictional existence (but then again, I'm biased here)

Briefly on the first episodes:
- Sombra is underwhelming, but the rest is a treat. Not up to the plank of Canterlot Wedding, but something I sure will be rewatching. - GAK seems to have become the most instantly memetic commercial since Morning Rescue. In less than an hour after the episodes' airing Spoiler for oh, and for the future eps:

This whole bronies and My Little Pony crap is getting out of hand I watched an episode with my friend as to see why people watch it and about 5 minutes later I was begging him to shut it off, he responded "no, we must win this battle" so we watched th whole episode and now i am in confident in saying WTF

Getting out of hand is nothing new - the MLP fandom is as crazy as the Touhou and MadoMagi ones. Not that anyone's OBLIGED to belong there - if the show itself doesn't hook you, maybe it's just not your cup of tea. I've yet to hear of something liked by EVERYONE in the world.

Rarity and Fluttershy's reaction at Pinkie's G3 makeup was priceless. First time the show mocks the previous generations so blatantly.
According to the second commercial, ordinary type horses do exist in Equestria (I don't count alicorns). Maybe they have a kingdom of their own? Also, I'm really intrigued about what they hint at with Twi. Spoiler for BTW, here's a fresh comic on the reasons behind Celestia's test:

According to the synopsis revealed, yes.
It's still sad to hear this meme, especially after Lauren revealed that she had originally planned to leave Scoots earthbound. No idea if Hasbro will ever follow that idea, but just allow me to hope they won't. Even though it would potentially make up for some quality drama...

Pinkie sure outpinkie'd herself here. The episode's a blast.
Quote:
FLOAM commercial caught the attention this time, but doesn't seem to be as big as GAK - which, in turn, might be drifting out of spotlights, too. Who needs weird squishy toys for a meme when the new episode itself is providing a ton of new ones?

And you weren't. I've yet to watch MOV series (or, rather, yet to WANT to watch them), but the art style is all over the fandom-related Internet, and the first quiz image instantly caused me some cold sweat.
The culmination of the episode was among the show's creepier moments, too, due to how they executed it visually. Bad idea letting Fluttershy participate, she's probably gonna have nightmares... Actually, a lot of people blame the episode for being all fanservice and no plot. I'm not sure I can agree - even with all the pinkiepieness around, my impression wouldn't be complete without how the outcome gave Pinkie credit as one who's devoted to her friends and other town inhabitants above all of her hyperactive randomness.

^Videoman, you're a seer
Well, it was indeed readable as far back as the teaser, by Babs' reactions to the cutie mark talk. Also, the episode does deliver a good message about bullying. Spoiler for To elaborate,:
The song, which is both in flavour of Disney musical numbers (what this show is famous for) and a callback to Hanna-Barbera cartoons, is the definite win of the epsiode (although not everyone will like its style, I guess). Applebloom once again showcases the talent she can't discover despite becoming more pro in it with every other CMC episode. The scenes with the clubhouse tour and the ice-cream eating part in the song are totally kawaii, and Pinkie Pie with her "driving style" is as hilarious as usual. In total, quite a quality episode. Although my fave CMC ones are still Cutie Pox and Ponyville Confidential, this may take a close second to them. And now, prepare for something Great and Powerful to arrive in a week!
